The first time I came to this place, I had quite a pleasant experience. A very nice and helpful lady named Keely helped me out with my issue. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and positive! I was so glad that I found this place when I worked with Keely. I would have recommended this place to all my friends and family after that first experience with this place. However, I came back a few months later to do some paperwork on my car registration. Keely wasn't there this time, instead it was some old, grandma looking white lady. Unfortunately, the way she seems to operate is more like a school house than a place of business. As I recall my experience with this lady, I walked in, explained the situation and what paperwork the DMV asked me to fill out, and showed her the paperwork I filled out. I wanted confirmation if everything was filled out correctly or if I needed to modify it. What I saw from her instead was a blank stare before being scolded for filling out the paperwork wrong. I recall her saying something along the lines of "why would you think you needed to fill it out that way?" Then she told me to go home, bring in some paperwork the next day and that they would handle it the next day. So I came back the next day, walked in, regretfully, the same old lady was sitting in the font desk. A blank stare at me, as if she didn't even remember who I was. I brought in the new paperwork that she requested, she looked at it, and told me it was wrong. Told me to come back AGAIN the next day with some corrections on it. I said I wanted to ask another question about the registration but she said something along the lines of "we're not working on that now, we need to do this one first." and told me to come back tomorrow with the corrections. What is this? Is this a place of business? Is this supposed to be a school assignment? I don't care how the paperwork is supposed to be filled out, this isn't my job, that's why I came here in the first place, so the "experts" could help me fill out this registration on my behalf. But instead I had to deal with a grumpy old lady who thinks that I can just pop in everyday on my lunch break, sends me away when I'm missing 1 or 2 things, and doesn't even answer any of my questions or seems to want to help me at all. I'm starting to wonder what is even the point of coming in to a place like this if THEY expect you to fill out all the paperwork correctly yourself? I didn't realize that this was supposed to be some kind of school homework assignment and I was supposed to figure out everything myself. What even was this lady planning on doing if she wanted me to fill out all the forms myself? Was she just going to put a stamp on it and charge me? Additionally, I felt that her tone and the way she spoke to me was very condescending. She did not seem to value my time at all or the fact that I showed up TWICE to this place in a row. It was a pretty terrible experience dealing with this old woman and I regret coming here after experiencing that. Ended up going to the DMV and surprisingly, their attitude was a lot better. I read some of the other 1 star reviews about this place, if I had to guess, they are all talking about this same old woman. If the old lady is reading this, here's my suggestion: do everyone a favor and just retire already! In the end, this was just my personal experience. I'm sure anyone who only dealt with Keely would find this place pleasant and nice, but this was 100% my personal experience. read more

Awesome place!! Came here to transfer out of state license and title and they did it in about 10 mins!! I'm a full time student who has a kid and my life is constantly BUSY.. filled with running errands and homework. Literally an in and out experience!! They do charge a service fee but totally worth it considering that time is money and I didn't have spend hours at the DMV. The people there are super friendly and make you feel welcome!! Needed to get my vw bus' VIN inspected sooner than later. Due to COVID dmv and AAA were unable to perform this service. Appointments with the CHP were over a month out. Called on a Saturday, an hour and a half before she closed, she was able to complete my VIN inspection in about 15 min. Since I had started the registration process with AAA she recommended I complete with the process with AAA. She was correct. I was able to complete my registration that same day.
