Legacy Auto Registration - Office - Registration Services Near Me - Orange, California

Great knowledge and quick service on title transfers and auto tags. Cannot praise them enough!!

Called prior to closing and let them know we were coming in 10 min and arrived at 4:45pm and the doors were closed. Waited for 15 min until 5pm and nobody was here. A call letting me know that you were leaving the office would have been nice before I showed up. Quite unfortunate. Update: Came back the next day on a Saturday to give them another chance at 11AM and still nobody was there and the business was not answering the phone. The window on the front of the business and their website shows that their SATURDAY hours are 10am-1pm. Unfortunately no matter how many times I called there was no answer on either day. Thank you for wasting my time. My recommendation is to go somewhere else. You're better off anywhere but here. read more

I've been doing business with Legacy Auto Registration for a few years now. I use their services for both my personal and business auto registrations. Sandra and Jessica have always been very helpful and professional. I consider myself a loyal customer to shops (especially mom and pop shops) that do whatever business they do well. I go 30 minutes out of my way and pass about a half dozen similar businesses to go back to Legacy... Always been helped quickly A to Z each and every time which is honestly hard to find these days. I would highly recommend their services for all of your registration needs, they are reasonably priced. I've tried going personally to both the personal DMV and business DMV; and Yes, Yes, Yes, if I can pay someone to take care of it and avoid DMV lines, I absolutely will. Saves my sanity from waiting in a 2-3+ hour DMV line...most of the time I'm in and out of Legacy in less than 20 minutes. read more

Jessica and Sandy are great! They are so knowledgeable and helpful with all your registration needs! They save you so much time and energy by handling everything for you! I would come here any day rather then being stuck at the dmv for hours! read more

Called this morning to find the closest car registration place near me so I don't have to wait all day at the DMV. Drove to Legacy Auto Registration in 646 N. Tustin St. Orange. The employee was welcoming at first. Till I felt they were BS-ing me...They said I have to get my car Smog but they can get my car registered before getting it Smog Tested first. I told them it was already done before I bought it. She even checked in her computer and told me I do need it Smog Tested but we can do it now before you do it. (Don't you get smog test first before you register it?!) I asked how much to get it done now, she quoted me $200 before I left, thank god it did!!!. I ended up going straight to the DMV instead and waited only for an hour. TOTALLY WORTH IT!!! I ONLY PAID $30 for my Registration and they said I didn't have to get a Smog Test because it was already done, exactly what I told the lady at Legacy Auto Registration. Can you say,"TOTAL SCAMMERS??!! GO STRAIGHT TO THE REAL DMV, ITS WORTH THE WAIT!!! read more

I have no words of how resourceful Jessica and Sandra both are! I wish I had found them earlier - the ease of working with them takes all the stress away. They are positive and friendly I can't thank them enough and look forward to meeting with them again! Thank you to you both!!! read more

Legacy Auto Registration has so far saved me thousands on registration costs. I use them for my business needs as a new dealer and they have exceeded expectations at every step of the way. The owners are very nice people and they actually spend time physically going to the dmv to dispute any extra fees that come up on the computer. This is where the real savings happen and it's what will save you money over other locations. That combined with being hard working and giving very quick turn around times makes me come back every time for all of my DMV needs! read more

The best experience! Both Jessica and Sandra absolutely know what they are doing. They are quick, efficient and professional. We transferred 6 vehicles in 45 minutes from start to finish. Beats sitting in the DMV for 4 hours minimum!!!!!! My only regret is that we did not find them sooner. I highly recommend Legacy. read more

Quick service served with a smile. I never had to take a number and go to the DMV. Jessica and Sandra were great and I got my transfer of title done in about 10 minutes tops. They do personalized plates there as well! read more

These ladies are a life saver. Highly recommend them. Quick and helpful. Saved me hours at the DMV

It's so bad that I can not leave a zero-star review. Make sure you ask her about every detail possible. Because seems like what she cares about is money. If you don't follow up on your case she doesn't bother to do so. Your case can take as long as she wants. The phone just rings most of the time and there is no one to take the call. Do a favor to yourself and find another DMV office. It's my right to leave a review for this place the same way they treat me. She is a scam artist. She is stubborn and she won't accept when she makes a mistake. read more

Why stand in line at the DMV when you can go to Legacy and be done in 15 minutes! We had an out of state vehicle, during covid, and were unsure what our options were. A friend told us that Legacy would take care of everything for us, and they did exactly that! We had plates and stickers that same day. We will never use the DMV again. read more

I hate going to the DMV since it always takes forever and it's always packed. Once I found Legacy, I will never go back to the DMV again. The staff was super helpful and took care of my registration and title without all the DMV drama. If you have DMV needs but hate the DMV, go to Legacy. It's worth your time with no stress. Just be careful, the little hand sanitizer bottle will squirt all over you if you're not careful! That thing is supercharged! Thanks Legacy! read more
