Wow! What a relief, to get my non-operational travel trailer inspected, saved me from having it towed on a flatbed to the DMV. Mike couldn't have been nicer. Very professional and knowledgeable. He came out promptly (to Westminster). I had called the DMV and asked about DMV-certified inspectors, they could offer no recommendations. They should- he seems to me a valuable adjunct to them, because people who can't get a VIN inspection otherwise, for whatever reason, might just give up- so the state of California benefits revenue-wise. He filled out the REG 31 form (the same one you get at the DMV) with all the pertinent info- VIN #, # of axles/wheels etc. His fee was VERY reasonable, and I have the peace of mind of legal ownership and a clear title when I want to sell.
