Lady was extremely rude and said "Sir I already answered that question" even though she never did and was vague about what I needed for a registration. I said no you didn't say and she responded with a quick "yes, have a good day" and proceeded to hang up on me. I don't know why employees feel so comfortable being rude to their own customers but I hope the owner of this business can see this feedback and understand why I'll just go somewhere else. The employee did say she was the only person working at the moment and needed to help a customer but that's no excuse to be rude and tell me in that Karen tone that she already answered my question when she never did! I paid for my number plate last week and was expecting delivery later today, but it hasn't arrived. Upon checking my email again, I noticed it mentioned that I need to provide certain documents. This requirement was not stated during the ordering process. I emailed them to request a refund, but they refused. The documents they requested are typically provided before the issuance of the plates, not afterward, and some companies don't even require these documents at all. read more

I'm a little late making this post but I will say Despite some of the bad reviews I had a really Positive experience. This was my first time buying a car out of state , the dealer took 2 months from the date of purchase to transfer my information over to Quick Plates . I made the drive down to Quick plates from LA . It was kind of hard to find but no big deal , the two women who were in there were busy but they both made an effort to acknowledge my presence.
