Although they are new to the location you can tell they know how to run a business and take care of their customers. My 2021 Cement Grey Tacoma was side swiped by some punks on bicycles and I was worried about rust developing since the scratch broke beyond the clear coat. This required painting two door panels along with color matching and blending the new coat with the original. Not an easy task, but one that a professional shop is expected to perform at a very high level. After a short wait period, my truck was completed at a very fair price and with a professional touch. The team here is great from top to bottom and I hope they have continued success. It's great to see a business deal with transparency and have pride in how they treat customers. I had a workmanship warranty with them which is good as long as I own the car, so I thought. I called to see if they would do a repair using my warranty because it was the same part they fixed. I was told the warranty was no longer valid because it was under Cooks and not Calibre. Same place, same company, just a name change. What a scam. Consumers be aware.
