My Jeep Cherokee was completely damaged by a pole from one tire to the other on the passenger side. Auto Perfection Group was recommended because they use the best parts and paint. This has been my go to auto shop anytime my family or I have had to get repairs done to our cars. Alfred is very professional and really good at what he does. Any time my car has left the shop, you can never tell it had work done and I've had things like broken side mirrors, scraped doors and bumpers, just to name a few. I was involved in a minor accident a couple months ago and decided to take my car to get fixed by Auto Perfection based on their 5 star rating on Yelp. I've dealt with shady auto body shops before so I was still skeptical. Upon arriving, Alfred warmly greeted me and was very personable unlike most shops where they speak to you like you're less than. After taking a look at the damages on my car, he informed me on what needed to be done and the true price of the costs using market grade body parts. It definitely was more than what my insurance quoted me but he educated me on how my specific insurance company (Infinity Insurance) worked and how they only use after market replacement parts to keep their costs down and make more money. He even informed me that Infinity would only cover 80% of the damages and I would be liable for the rest + deductible just because I didn't go with an "in-network" body shop. I mean what kind of auto insurance company penalizes you for that?! With all this I still decided to go with Alfred because I knew that I could trust him based on the genuineness of our conversations. He ensured that he would deal with my insurance company and that I had nothing to worry about. He took about a week and a half to complete my repairs and even ran a diagnostics on my car. My car came out looking better than when I got it! When you go to Alfred, you're not treated like just another customer, you're treated like family. I came across this place because it was close to my apartment and need to fix a decent size scrap on my car. Short back ground story about car accident I was at work on site and minor vender bender. It was a pain to deal with work and the insurance, but when I came here Alfred took over the process and finished the paper work that insurance and my employer need! Not only did he do that but he worked with my schedule which can be difficult. Once I was finally able to bring it in I literally drop it off on Monday and it was ready Wednesday morning! I took my beloved 2002 E46 in to get some work done. Someone had keyed the rear quarter panel and someone else hit and cracked my rear bumper. Vic loked over my estimate from USAA and suggested we go with an original rear bumper and removal of some other dents using a paint-less dent removal. The car is the metallic steel blue and is a difficult color to match. The guys nailed it. The car hasn't looked this good since it was new. The dent repairs are astonishing-you can not see any trace-and the paint is stunning. Great guy to work with and the crew are all craftsmen. Just an excellent experience. read more

I took in my bmw after my car got hit while parked and I needed to repair my quarter panel and both my rear and front bumpers. The damage seemed to be difficult to fix without replacing the original car parts (I wanted to keep my original bumpers and quarter panel), but they did a beautiful job with my car. They exceeded my expectations and made my car look brand new. I went to a few body and paint shops before coming here and I definitely felt like the owners and workers here wanted to help me as much as they could (and they did) rather than just treating me as a regular customer. A friend of mine recommended auto perfection after I got hit, I needed to get my back door replaced and front door was all scratched up on the passengers side. I checked Yelp before I went in and read some of the reviews so I thought why not, I'll give them a try! So when I first got there Alfred took a look at my car and told me what needed to be done which sounded about right because I already got a quote from my car insurance adjuster. I also mentioned that I wanted my side mirrors replaced and I would pay for them myself, he told me the estimated price and I was like cool, that sounds great! Since they were already taking one side of my car apart they weren't gonna charge me extra for labor-I was like awesome. Vick took me to get my rental and told me if I had any questions just call. A couple of days later I came back to sign the checks for the insurance and was surprised with how much they had already got done, most parts were there and they had started sanding down my car. The body shop was close by so I took my 550i over to get an estimate. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Alfred who quickly assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable estimate. The work took only 5 days to complete which included the cure time on the paint. When I picked up my vehicle I was extremely impressed by the completed work. Great experience with these guys. My wife was involved in collision that did a lot of damage to her BMW 3 series Station Wagon. Our insurance company tried to steer us to one of their shops, but we called Avus Autosport (where we get our service) and they steered us to Auto Perfection. Glad we went there. They made sure that we got all new parts (insurance companies will press to cut corners and use recycled parts) and the car came back looking and feeling like a new car.
