Super quick response with friendly service and a reasonable price and would highly recommend Sergio again. The team replaced my window in less than half an hour and the work was done very professionally from start to finish. I would recommend Sergio and his team if you're looking to get something repaired quickly! Thank you so much again. read more

On the way back home from a vacay roadtrip to San Diego, an unfortunate and annoyingly growing crack was found on my windshield!!! Thanks to their fast responses on Yelp, these guys were able to give me what I needed for an affordable price and by the next day, I had an appointment with the guy. I really appreciated it because I drove out to a different spot and was quoted an unbelievable price so Mobile Specialist Auto Glass really came in clutch. I got my front windshield replaced with the guy coming to my home, no need for me to drive out to a shop. I didn't get his name unfortunately, but he was very kind and told me that it looked like my crack was from a pebble. I really admire his work ethic out in the sun and the fact that this place offered a lifetime warranty as well. The speed of the service was also amazing and he was done in under 2 hours!!! To make an appointment, you send them your phone number and the address where the car would be located at. Also, for accurate quotes, make sure you have your vin number handy!!! The fastest way to find your 17-digit VIN is by looking through the driver's side windshield at the dashboard corner or on the driver's side door jamb. It can also be located on your registration, title, or insurance documents!!! read more

Called this morning for a windshield replacement on my wife's Mazda. After getting back to me with a fair quote, I locked it in. New windshield and molding was installed just a few hours later (took them just 30 minutes once they got there). Prompt, professional, a good value, and with great attention to detail. A great experience all around. Highly recommend. read more

After my car was broken into, both front windows were cracked and the rear window was completely shattered. Sergio and another technician came out for a mobile replacement and arrived right on time, which I really appreciated given the situation. They replaced all three windows in under two hours, communicated clearly throughout the process, and the pricing was very fair. The work was done efficiently and professionally, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Amazing service overall. Punctual, reliable, and easy to work with. Made this entire situation less stressful. I would definitely recommend Sergio and his team to anyone needing auto glass repair or replacement. read more

Sergio and his team do great work; if I could give an additional star for six, I would, but I can only say that I called him the day after a holiday with a busted right rear passengee window, and they showed up in less than an hour and took about that much to fix it. He was also great about the price. 10/10 recommended. Oh by the way another glass place in Glendale recommended him, so that's how I knew I would not go wrong. I live in Eagle Rock by thw way! read more

Sergio and his team was awesome! I noticed a crack on my windshield which was spreading so I reached out and he got back to me quickly and gave me a fair price. Whole process took 35 mins and they were able to come to my house to do it which was included in the price. Would definitely recommend! read more

The service was quick and the auto repair staff were very kind. I had to check in the morning for communication, but after I communicated I had not heard from the techs, not long after I heard back. They came to me in a sketchy part of the city and quickly got what I needed done, although there was miscommunication of part of my window needing to get repaired. The main issue got resolved in a timely manner. I would hire again for emergency cases if I could not get a hold of someone else at a cheaper price. read more

Sergio was professional, punctual, and a pleasure to work with! The windshield looks fantastic! I appreciate you Sergio for your attention to detail. The quality of the work was well worth both the time and the cost. I highly recommend Specialist Auto Glass! Outstanding customer service and excellent workmanship from start to finish. read more

Super professional for replacing my back windshield. They showed up earlier than expected which was more convenient for me. They came and got my keys while I continued to go back to work. Would def recommend to anyone in a jam like me. If you do get services make sure to tip them extra for their great work! read more

Prompt & professional service from start to finish. I found Mobile Specialist Auto Glass on Yelp for a side mirror replacement on my daughter's car. I'm always a little skeptical when doing business online, but Sergio was very reassuring about the services that he could provide. The repair was impressively done within 35-minutes! He even took the time to diagnose & price another issue that we'd been dealing with (coming in way under what another business quoted us.) 10/10, I would definitely recommend this mobile service. read more

I'm leaving this review to share my experience, particularly for other women who may find themselves in a vulnerable situation like I was. After my car was broken into for the second time in a year, I came here to have a window replaced about a month ago. During the break-in, several personal items were stolen, and there were signs someone had tried to steal the entire car. I was already feeling unsafe and stressed--especially as a woman handling a move on my own with all my belongings in the car. I needed a straightforward, respectful, and professional experience. Unfortunately, that wasn't what I received. I requested a tinted window to match the one on the opposite side, which had been replaced after the first break-in. I even sent photos to clarify the tint. Instead of working with me to find a solution, the owner argued with me for about 10 minutes over the phone, repeatedly talking over me, questioning my request, and dismissing what I was saying. It felt condescending, and like he was gas lighting me, and the entire conversation was unnecessarily difficult. He eventually apologized, but it didn't feel sincere--especially given how cold and impersonal he was the next morning. He sent a vague "Good morning" text with no additional context, even though we had confirmed the appointment the night before. The communication felt awkward and out of touch with what had already been discussed. After the service, I noticed broken glass still left in the car, and a gift box in the backseat had been crushed--without any mention or acknowledgment. It felt like the job had been rushed and done without much care. This was not the experience I expected or needed in an already difficult situation. I wouldn't recommend this business--especially if you're looking for clear communication, attention to detail, or basic professionalism and respect. UPDATE: After I posted this review, the owner reached out again. Once I clarified that my issue was more about his tone and attitude than the repair itself, he offered a sincere apology and refunded me the full value of the crushed gift. I appreciate his responsiveness and willingness to make things right--so I'm updating this to 5 stars for the effort in resolving the situation. While the initial experience was poor, I really value that he owned the mistake and took concrete steps to correct it. read more

When looking for a quote on Yelp my project request for a mobile windshield replacement went out and Sergio answered within the hour. We communicated about the job and scheduled an appoint through the Yelp messaging app. The window tech, William, texted me 15 minutes before he arrived. When we met at the front door we had a short and pleasant conversation and they got to work. It took about 40 minutes and everything was done. William explained what I needed to do, like not wash the car, when to take the blue-tape off, etc. Very clear. Payment was made through a link generated by Square. Easy peasy. Highly recommend Mobile Specialist Auto Glass for auto window replacement. read more

Rating since I've used these guys twice now. Two guys came out perfectly on time, same day, in 100° heat, and nailed the job. They replaced TWO of my car's broken windows, one was a Lexus last year, one was a Toyota just today. The whole job took less than an hour. Sweet guys doing honest work. They matched the window tint perfectly both times too. They cleaned up all of the glass on my seat and floor too, it was like it never happened. read more
