Matthew repaired two chips in my windshield and was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend it!

Mario was so great! Glad I chose this place, not only did he fix my mirror in under 5 min but he was super knowledgeable about other car things and shared some really good info, highly suggest! Price point was solid too! read more

They quickly replaced a rear window for me. They worked with Insc but I also opted to upgrade and get brand window. Great & quick work.

Safe Auto Glass was able to find a replacement rear window for my 1995 Toyota Corolla Station Wagon. Two other Pasadena shops said their suppliers stopped carrying glass parts for my old auto. It was well worth the longer drive to the Hollywood location. Quick service at a very reasonable price. Thank you for a job well done. Unfortunately the molding had to be gotten from Toyota Parts, unfortunately they didn't have it. So I have to search for a molding to close the gap around the glass. Or a black silicone glue to fill in the gap. read more

Recently got my windshield replaced by Safe Autoglass Co. Exceptional service and customer care from Mario and his team. I was met with warmth and honesty. The total job was under 4 hours and I was swiftly serviced by Luis and Matthew; received my car back and I am a satisfied customer. I was given a list from my insurance of auto glass repair shops unfortunately after reading some reviews had me steered me away. After an hour of quickly researching stumbled upon Mario's company on Yelp and there's a reason why Mario's reviews are nothing but positive. Mario took care of me over the phone and had everything set up the following day. I had to go back for another issue two weeks later and Mario swiftly came up with a thorough plan and kindly resolved my issue. I was kindly serviced by Luis and Mathew again and they're truly skilled at what they do. If I ever need any glass repairs or any of my peers need a recommendation I'm confident in sending them over to Mario and his team at Safe Auto Glass co. Beyond appreciative, thank you!! read more

LOVE THEM!!! I needed a "same day" rear passenger window replacement because I was leaving town the following morning. It's a pretty high end vehicle, so the part was only available outside of the city, but they traveled to retrieve it, and had it installed in 2 Hours! Their service is Fast, Efficient and Affordable! I'm so glad I opted with them instead of returning to my dealership. Customer for life right here. read more

Never fun to find your car broken into. And super upsetting when the company you call to repair it doesn't have anyone available for a week. So we called Safe Auto - and were we ever glad we did! When we called, Mario was helpful, professional and reassuring. And when Felix came to replace the window THAT AFTERNOON for HALF the price and in half the time we were quoted by the other company, we couldn't have been happier with his friendly demeanor and the amazing job he did. He took extra care to clean out the broken glass and the window is perfect. THANK YOU SAFE AUTO for a wonderful experience!!! read more

I said that I would write a review and I like to keep my word. My entire experience from start to finish was a blessing. Both Mario and Arbi took the time to understand my concerns, my needs and answer all of my questions. There Services were done professionally and the work was clean. The warranty gave me great peace of mind to know that if I should have any other issues, questions or concerns that they would be addressed without incident or additional cost. Mario skillfully repaired what was needed and restored the vehicle back to it's original state after it was done. At the very least, if you would at least place a phone call and speak to someone on the other end of the line the standard will be set from there and you will see that bringing your business gere is a good decision. read more

Been here on two different occasions. Good prices. Professional service. Highly recommended.

Mario was a life saver. After a failed mobile window repair service, and numerous calls around town for same day service, Mario was able to take me immediately. He had the part for my car unlike many of the companies I called. I left my car with him, had time to walk down the street and have a late lunch. Mario called stating they were finished! I was elated not to have to go 2nd day with no window. Thank you so much Mario and Team. You all were great, quick and got the job done. read more

Located behind the car wash, they did an excellent job, same day service, and they accepted payment through my insurance.

I needed immediate service to get a window replacement on my technician's vehicle. I called the office and spoke with Mario. He confirmed they had the replacement in stock and would be able to get the work done right away. Sent my technician over to the shop and they had him back on his way in a short amount of time. I was able to pay the invoice online, which made it very convenient. Appreciate the great service guys! read more

I called Safelite for a quote and then Honda Hollywood. They referred me here because they couldn't get the window. Safelite's quote was $200 more. Price, efficiency and great work are all I ask. They're nice here, too so BONUS! Do yourself a favor and come here for all your car window needs. You'll thank yourself! read more

Like a lot of people here, my back passenger windshield got broken. I was referred by a place that I found on Yelp, can't remember which one but the number is 818-319-98X7. You know what you did. From there he said his brother had a place that could fix the window. WRITE DOWN what they quote you on the phone because it was around $300 to fix the window on the phone but after they had finished it was $400. Not cool. Ripping off women - creating fake reviews. Scam. read more

Mario!!! You are truly the real MVP. He was quick and kind. Finished my vehicle in 30 minutes. He made a stressful time super easy after someone smashed my side window. Had to replace a window broken during a robbery. Safe Auto Glass got me in within 20 minutes of my call & replaced the glass in a few hours. They even cleaned out the broken glass in the car. Professional crew and over $100.00 less than the other company my insurance referred me to. read more

I had the drivers side window broken out of my car. They were able to get me in but it was immediately, so if you are in a hurry you are out of luck for most locations. I had to wait 2 weeks. Was told it would take about 2 hours, ended up being slightly more than that but they did a good job with the window. Wish the clean up of the broken glass was better, still have bits rolling around in the car and the door caddy. Not to mention the broken glass inside the door, which they told me they couldn't get out and it will eventually pulverize on it's own. read more

Unfortunately I had a window smashed when a brush trimming company accidentally send a rock through my window. My car was burgled at 4am, front passenger window shattered. Glass everywhere. I wrote 6 or 7 local car glass companies overnight. Safe Auto Glass was the first to send a quote. After a few other comparably priced quotes came in, I called Safe Auto Glass and the experience was professional, comforting, and low pressure. I read the other Yelp reviews, and Safe Auto's were by far the most reassuring. That and they guarantee their glass for the life of the car. I said yes to Safe Auto Glass. They were able to source the correct window in only two hours. My noon, I took my car to their garage facility, and by 1pm hour my problem was solved. Excellent work guys! Thank you! read more

Mario was super helpful all throughout the process of getting a chip/crack in my windshield getting fixed. He was courteous when I called to make an appointment, and even though the shop was busy when I checked in, he gave me a heads up that it could take longer. I walked around and he gave me a phone call when it would be ready, and the repair looks even better than a previous repair I got with a different chip. Excellent work! Thanks, Mario! read more

They did a satisfactory job of replacing my windshield. But they forgot to take my FastTrack carpool lane transponder off my old windshield. When I called they said whoops, can you come get it. I live 25 mins away, so I asked them to mail it to me. It never arrived. I called a few weeks later, they made some weird excuse, "we had the wrong zip code so I'm going to UPS to pick it up. i'll mail it to you tomorrow." I have yet to receive it and it's been another couple weeks. Super annoying to have to now deal with this. They should give me a discount or something, imo. read more
