The guys at Boradori genuinely care about their customers and want to help you in any way they can. I know! I experienced it when I had my car serviced there. They may not be the cheapest in town, however, their prices are competitive and the best part is I know their work is top notch.. I trust their work and they back it with a 3 year warranty! I truly believe you get what you pay for. With Boradori you get more. In a time of need, they worked with me and gave me a peace of mind even after I left. I used to take my car here religiously, but will not be coming back anymore…read more Got my smog tested elsewhere and it failed. The smog shop I took my car to give me a detailed inspection report, letting me know everything wrong and what needs to be done to fix it. I called and set up an appointment at Boradori to get it worked on Upon bringing my car there, they let me know that I wasn't scheduled for any work to be done on my car, but that I scheduled for an estimate. They quoted me $200 and let me know that they would need my car for the whole day, even though over the phone i let them know I needed it back by 4pm. Apparently there is no way to get work done on your car without them performing their own estimate, even though I had the codes printed out and the inspection report totally done. They essentially wanted $200 to read the paper that I brought in for them. They also turned me away from my early morning appointment, and scheduled me for sometime next week. Will not be donating $200 to the shop to read codes & wont be going back

They could have easily sold me on replacing my timing chain, gears and all the parts that it takes to rebuild that area but instead I was advised that it would be best to have the transmission checked out first before spending $2500 to $3000 with them. The car is only worth about $5000 so it wouldn't be worth spending all that money on it to then have the transmission break down on me and I would have to spend another 4-5K. Thank you for honesty!
