Everything I ever brought to them came back working better than new. Over the years, I saw plenty of "golden screwdriver" types pass through town. They'd tinker with people's radios, make things worse, and those same radios would eventually end up at the Yak Yak Shack to be repaired properly. I'll be honest: they didn't always have the best bedside manner. I've been in the shop when they were yelling back and forth at each other like the father and son from Orange County Choppers. But they're good, honest people who genuinely know what they're doing. They've been repairing radios for decades, and their experience shows in the quality of their work. I hope they are still open.

Jesse took the time to really listen to what I wanted and found the perfect solution without trying to upsell me on anything I didn't need. He was professional, honest, and respectful throughout the entire process. Steven, his right-hand man, was also fantastic--he gave me a thorough walkthrough of my new system and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left. Both of them clearly care about their work and their customers. They went above and beyond, and I'll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!

The finished installation is incredibly clean and looks like it came from the factory--no exposed wires, awkward gaps, or anything that appears out of place. Even the camera's black frame looks fantastic against my truck's fresh paint. It blends in beautifully and looks like it has always belonged there. They were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. They also spent plenty of time showing me how everything worked and setting up the stereo so it was fully connected to my phone through Bluetooth. I never felt rushed, and they made sure I was comfortable using all the new features before I left. These brothers definitely know their stuff, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. They treated my older truck with care and made a major upgrade feel completely natural and factory-finished. It's refreshing to find people who combine technical expertise with friendly, patient customer service. I'll absolutely be returning to Cartronix Autosound for more upgrades, including power door locks, remote start, power windows, window tinting, and anything else I can add to spruce up my old Ranger. If you're looking for high-quality automotive electronics installation from people who are skilled, professional, and genuinely care about their customers, I highly recommend Jay, Rylan, and Cartronix Autosound!
