Only took an hour to get my car back with a new windshield! Prices were great and people were great as well!

I came here back in May for a windshield replacement. They were fast and very professional. I would recommend coming here. If I needed work done again I would def return. Thanks guys ! read more

Amazing service! Contacted them via Yelp around 9:00 at night after noticing a large crack on my windshield. They were able to come to me at 11:00 the next morning and replace it. Very professional, reliable, and cheaper than other competitors. Highly recommend! read more

OUTSTANDING! Several email conversations were very informative and encouraging so I went to the shop and was even more impressed. Explained in detail the different choices I had for my 2014 F-150 FX4. Although this was going to be just an information gathering trip, they could do it right then and estimated "an hour to and hour and a half". I was out of there in an hour. A chipped windshield is covered for a year and someone was there getting a chip repaired: invisible repair. I definitely recommend and will go back if/when needed. read more

fast, efficient, cheap I called them yesterday, quoted the price for window replacement (as the window was broken) and made an appointment. The price is the lowest after I quoted several store. I drove there, they replaced the driver's window for me and I got my car back within 30 minutes. They are really efficient. Also they used vaccum take all the small glasses out. It's hard for me to clean up small window chips at home without a machine. I would recommend this place to my friends and those who read my review. ~n_n~ read more

Awesome. Called this morning and they were able to fit me in this afternoon. The tech even came to me so I could finish my work around the house. Lupe was quick, friendly and professional. And they beat the competitors' prices. All in all completely satisfied. read more

This place is great. I took my Tahoe here to get multiple windshield dings repaired and was told all but one had already been taken care of. I bought this car used and had no idea that they had been filled. They are very honest and quick too. Friendly, honest and conscientious! read more

Awesome service, very competitve pricing, and outstanding workmanship. Saw exactly when my appoint was scheduled. Replaced my passenger window and had me on my way in 30 minutes! Definitely reccommend this company to anyone. read more

I'm glad I came across Mark and his team. I originally researched another local repair shop and was told they did have weekend hours only to be told later "he decided not work on this particular Saturday because he was going to watch the game". (Really? In this Economy he was okay turning away business?) Anyway I had to scramble to find another company to replace my college daughters windshield when she traveled home for the weekend. The work was done promptly and everything looks great. Standard lifetime warranty, 12 month free windshield rock-ding repairs, all tags transferred and at a GREAT price for her 2000 Nissan Sentra. I don't anticipate any problems, but should any arise I feel confident Mark will make it right read more

I scheduled an appointment between 2-4. They had an earlier opening and called first thing in the morning to see if I would like to have my windshield replaced sooner, heck ya! Lupe did an awesome job! He was very professional, quick, and polite. I hope that I don't have a need for a new one anytime soon but I will say all of my windshield work will be done with Auto Glass Solutions. read more

Very professional. The technician, Cody, was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Excellent work at a reasonable price. Highly recommended! read more

I could not be anymore pleased with this service than a person can be. My day had started out completely awful when I realized my car had gotten broken into and lots of important valuable stuff had been taken. Auto Glass Solutions contacted me right away (before they were even open) and gave me the best deal I could find with no problems. LUPE was the one that showed up to my work during the time I was told he would be coming, which was a huge relief for me to know I wouldn't have to stay at work waiting. He was very curteous and did an amazing job on my car! He gave me all the information I needed to making sure my window lasted and about any warranties I had for it. He went above and beyond for me. Top to off my entire day, he even free of charge popped out some hideous dents that I had on my car from a previous vandalizing situation and covered the scratches with primer. With the awful day I was having, this is the one company that did not let me down and made my day better and less stressful! I will be forever referring everyone I know to this company. Thank you so much LUPE for making my day a thousand times better after the unfortunate car break-in I experienced. read more

AGS got me in same morning after my car was smash and grabbed the night before. Other companies provided by my insurance carrier wanted me to wait 1-3 days - AGS both got me in AND took my insurance! Juan did the job in LESS THAN 30 MINUTES!!! AWESOME!!!! read more

Was wondering what kind of glass I was going to get and how professional the replacement was going to be when I heard the price of more than 50% less than "saf*li*e auto glass", found out that they use the same glass that all the car dealerships use when replacing windshields. Drove up into a business park where I found their local small shop. All the staff were very nice and the attention to detail was more than I was expecting considering the low price including labor. They took very good care of my vehicle as if it was there own. I have sent a couple of friends there and they would repeat what I am saying here. Thank you Auto Glass Solutions, you have earned a customer for life! read more

Excellent service and very fast. If you are in need of auto glass repair or replacement. Use these guys.

Excellent service and a wonderful price. Courtney Free was my technician and he was very courteous prompt and did an excellent job! Mark and the team sure have this service down! It was a delight to do business with them and I'll gladly refer others to Auto Glass Solutions!!! read more

Our tech, Courtney Free, did a fantastic job replacing our cracked windshield! Very professional and knew how to do the job in a timely manner. It's really great to be able to have professionals come to the house and replace our cracked window within a timely manner. It was not difficult to schedule and they were able to replace it within a few days. I would definitely recommend their services! read more

Adding to the already stellar reviews - a rock hit my husband's windshield, requiring a replacement. Called these guys, Mark was extremely helpful. Spoke to him at 4pm on a Friday, they came out to do the replacement on Saturday morning, which included getting the replacement windshield from the dealership. Very impressed with their professionalism, quality and speed. read more

I showed up and although they were busy, they very kindly took care of me. It's affordable, fast, warrantied and most of all courteous. I highly recommend Auto Glass! read more

If I need to replace a windshield for my car or my husband's car, we will definitely come back here. My vertical trim on the driver's side of my windshield was loose. I got an appointment in the same day of calling and my issue was fixed in less than 5 min. They did it for me free of charge. I brought my vehicle to the Lexus dealership who wanted to charge $75 per hr plus fees for parts. read more

I recommend this place. The service was great. They were friendly and professional. And have to say the price was great. It was a lot lower than my deductible. read more

Word of warning if you have a camera on your front windshield for cruise control radar, pre-collision system, etc. I had this shop replace my the front windshield on my 2019 Tacoma and now the camera can't be calibrated--not even by the dealership. I have to get a SECOND windshield replaced by the dealer. When I called this shop for a quote, the woman on the phone asked if my truck had these features and a camera. I told her yes. She said nothing about the possible calibration issue, and I had no idea... The guy at the counter mentioned it briefly when I dropped my pickup off, but at that point, I had already arranged to take my truck there, and honestly didn't know what an expensive hassle this was about to turn into. Even if you don't use those features on your vehicle, the dash display constantly throws warnings and you can't clear the error messages. I think these folks could have been more transparent about the problems that would likely result. I'm sure they deal with it all the time, and I definitely would have just gone to the dealership or Safelite to begin with had I known. In any case, posting here for the next person. read more

Auto Glass Solutions has fixed me up a couple of times before. One time they filled a chip and last year replaced a windshield that cracked during our crazy hot summer. This time around I needed help after I hit a deer. AGS is who I called without hesitation. I requested a quote, received a prompt reply with a fantastic price, then had the repair done quickly and professionally. I should also say that due to the type of accident I had there were some serious unforeseen complications to the repair. AGS had to work above and beyond to complete the job but they did it and kept to the original quote! They are amazing! Thanks yet again Auto Glass Solutions, I am your customer for life. read more

I got a broken windshield over the weekend. Contacted Auto glass solutions and Safelite. Prices were comparable for both but got next day appointment from Auto glass solutions while there was a 3 day wait at Safelite. Courtney came and installed the windshield. He did a very good job and let me know what precautions to take over the next day of so. Its over a week since the glass is installed. The vehicle eyesight and lane departure seems to be working as normal. Haven't rained so far so hopefully no leaking but no issues so far. read more

I used these folks based on their ratings and I will definitely keep their momentum with another 5-star. From the first phone call through the installation, I was overly impressed. Aside from excellent service, they were polite and courteous from the first phone call through finish. read more

Great customer service. My windshield came in under the quote, took less time to install, lifetime chip repair and the staff are very courteous and professional. The waiting room and restroom are very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended. read more

There is no surprise why Auto Glass Solutions gets such great reviews. I took my SUV there to have a chip repaired. It was a busy place! And I had a great experience! I was greeted promptly, my chip was promptly examined and the repair process was thoroughly explained. I had a clean pleasant place to wait. And the wait was short. The cost was less than the estimate they gave me when I arrived. And the work was done professionally. I'll for sure go there for all of my future windshield needs! read more

Responded to me quickly when I messaged them. Great service and fixed windshield at my work the next day! Definitely would recommend and will use in the future!! read more

Same-day windshield replacement done right on my Toyota and the best part is that the LDA camera does not require immediate re-calibration as with some installs. read more

Mark and his team literally saved the day for me! One of my windows was smashed out by a vandal the evening before I was supposed to leave for a work trip. I messaged the business thru Yelp and was provided a quote AFTER HOURS and offered an appointment first thing in the morning! They had the part ready and waiting when I showed up and I was gone in time to make it to my meeting on time driving my freshly fixed car. They did an excellent job and the price was $150 lower than the dealership quoted me. I hope to never have to experience the misfortune of my car being broken into again but I now have a place that I know will make every accommodation possible to my schedule and has me covered. Appreciate your care! read more

Had a crack in my windshield and went to go check it out at the shop. Due to being on a road trip, we had a lot more travel. The gentleman assisting us at the shop told us that it wasn't in immediate repair and was very kind and honest. He gave us a very competitive quote. Although we didn't end up getting our windshield repaired, the customer service was excellent. read more

I requested a quote late on a Friday night, about 10pm. Mark got back to me within no time at all with a quote and got me an appointment setup for the next morning. I got to their shop early and they got right to replacing my windshield. They worked fast and good and even transfered all of my window stickers, much straighter then they were before. I hope I never have to replace another windshield, but if I do I would return to Auto Glass Solutions and will recommend them to anyone that needs replacement auto glass. read more

After my car was broken into through the passenger side window(even though the back door was open, jerks) I called around to get the best price because I wasn't financially prepared to fix my window right before I left town for a mini holiday. These guys were the best by 50-100 bucks! The dealer wanted $350, other guys wanted $240 or so. They did a great job too, vacuumed really well and the window does the automatic thing still where is goes up or down all the way with one touch. They come to you as well. Hopefully I don't have to use them again but I will go back if I am in the same situation(most likely will since I live 2 blocks from I-35). read more

A humble place off Burnet north of 183. Courteous, prompt service and even vacuumed up the glass shards well within 45 minutes. Paid $136 for the back window - $96 for the product, $40 for labor - extremely satisfied with the result. read more

I went yesterday to get my windshield repaired and they were so helpful, nice, and fast! Yesterday morning I noticed that a chip in my windshield had expanded to a 6 inch crack and I called Auto Glass Solutions. They were able to get me in that afternoon and gave me a price quote. I went into their office and they told me it would be ready in about an hour...20 minutes later it was done! They gave me tips on what to do in the next 3 days to ensure the molding dries correctly. The windshield has a lifetime warranty and I get chip repairs for free in the next year. Their service was incredible and I would definitely trust them with my car in the future! read more

These Guys Rock!! I called around for quotes after my driver side window got smashed into and car was burglarized. Honda said it would be between $400-$800 for the replacement. Next I called Auto Glass Solutions, just over $130! I made the appointment but I didn't have to drive there, they come to you! Cody was there about an hour after I called and was great. He fixed it in no time, was friendly, even hooked back my stereo speaker on the door which I thought was broken. Use them, seriously. read more
