Around 30min later, the job was done. They changed the oil and informed me about the maintenance schedule that I should go by. After checking the tires, they found out that they didn't need to be rotated, but that they were overinflated, so they just adjusted the tire pressure, which saved me money and will hopefully prolong the life of my tires. Dane, my tech, also did some research on a product that would prevent another cracked fog-light in the future. Overall, I'm impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency. They saved me time, money, and most importantly actually talked with me about how to better maintain my vehicle. Outstanding folks, and I'll be back again.

Would not recommend this shop to anyone. The mechanic was extremely rude and tried to upcharge me…read morefor work that wasn't even completed. He became upset because the warranty company would not work with his preferred people on another engine, and then said he was going to increase his rate because of it. When I decided to take my vehicle somewhere else, I was charged $1,400 just for diagnosing the issue. The entire experience felt unprofessional and dishonest. I strongly suggest taking your vehicle to a shop that treats customers fairly and communicates honestly.

We're very impressed with this young man! In a world where businesses are becoming more removed and…read morecolder every day, Sebastian remains true to real customer care and service! We couldn't be happier with his polite communication, swift scheduling, empathetic support and making our vehicle safe again. The details: Our vehicle was having "speed wobbles" on our way to Bend for a Saturday visit. I contacted Les Schwab, explained my situation and they fit me in at about 11:30am. Being from out-of-town, I needed to leave the next day. At about 4:45pm they contacted me stating I needed a new control arm (amongst other things) which would take a couple hours to repair. They said I'd be taking a big risk driving, BUT, they were about to close and couldn't fix it until Monday! I can't tell you how disappointed I am with LS and their lack of human kindness. I understand my "keys" were in line for service, but come on. We returned to our accommodations by about 5:30pm and scoured through Google, to find 99% of the businesses were closed until Monday! Enter NEXT GEN MOBILE AUTO REPAIR, what a blessing. I called, and Sebastian was calm, communicative, reassuring and happy to help. He said he could take care of it first thing in the morning. I went from being frazzled to relaxed, and was able to enjoy what was left of our evening. Sebastian under promised, over delivered and did it all at a competitive price! He could've easily taken advantage and didn't. This man has integrity and we're grateful to have crossed paths. HIRE HIM, he'll come to you and you won't be disappointed.

He referred me to another shop that he felt would do good work on Porsche's. Although Forest did not work on my car, he was kind enough to take the time and listen to me, and help. If you have a Vw or Audi, I don't think you could go wrong by giving your service and repair work to Forest. He listens and seems to know what he is doing.

I have been taking my 2000 Golf to Forrest for almost two years now and have done everything from…read moresimple oil changes to brakes, timing belt, an oil leak, and replacing a lot of corroded suspension parts (was an east coast car). Service at Autoverks has always been top notch, and the prices are the best in town. I moved from San Diego and have owned four VWs in Bend and have never felt right at the dealer here (sorry). Forrest is always honest and upfront, and will always have the time to see you if you drop in, will return your call the same day, and will actually call when he tells you he is going to call. Service is fast and reliable. I have never had anything go long and most work has been done ahead of schedule. Probably the best thing about Autoverks is that they do no gouge you. I was scheduled for a lot of work, including a $150 repair for a power steering leak, and Forrest found a way to fix it for free. Service like that is hard to find in the auto industry, but that is what you can expect all the time at Autoverks. If you have a VW/Audi this should be your shop. I have owned many VWs and have seen the whole spectrum of service quality and prices, and Autoverks is definitely among the best.
