So me and my wife talked to him on the phone and told him we were coming down in a hour to look at the SUV so we pulled in to the parking lot and the SUV was running. We introduced are self's and the first thing he said was perfect timing I just started it lets go for a ride we went for the ride and as it should it was fine. We sat down after made the deal he told us that he had the BEST aftermarket warranty called CARS Protections plus for a extra $1400.00 for 3 years so we agreed to take the warranty after He told us its good to have BECAUSE you never know. I paid the total to Him a little over $15000.00 CASH in Full. the next day after sitting over night the next day we went to start it up and my whole street for 5 min was white smoke. I called him up told Him he said bring it in. Changed the oil and he poured some additives into the oil. After 6 weeks we started getting a service engine light going on and off. we called him he said bring it to my mechanic so I did and my mechanic said that he was not getting a reading, Bring it back when the light comes back on so we drove it for a couple more months and then the transmission started having big issues I called Jeff back up and he brushed me off saying call the warranty company. It seams now he didn't want to be bothered, there was no money for Him to make!! so I called them was on hold for hours to find out they will only talk to a mechanic shop. After talking they sent a rebuild Trans. it took over a month we went with out a car there car rental coverage sucked they covered 2 days not worth even getting the rental! we get the car back and my mechanic said they didnt pay him enough so I worked it out thank God my mechanic took care of me.2 Months the rebuild they sent went bad . we had to go threw the same process this time it took almost 2 months to get back are car and I had to pay my mechanic almost another 2000.00 extra Because CARS PROTECTION PLUS tell you to bring it to any Mechanic and if you ask them to refer one THEY DON"T! And THEY DON'T want to pay what any mechanic charges but only what they want to pay. (CARS SUCKS) so 2 rebuild transmissions later And I am having the same problem for the 3rd time so I called my mechanic and he will not get involved with CARS ever again! so I called Jeff at torch Light and he told me sorry he OLNY sells Volvo's now and his mechanics dont work on anything else but Volvo's (Bull ST) So Icalled up CARS and told me that they will not talk to me only a Mechanic .So now i am stuck with a warranty with over 1yr left on it and cant get no help From Jeff or CARS and now I AM having other issues also. RUN WHILE YOU STILL HAVE YOUR MONEY IN YOUR HAND HE IS A SHYSTER WHO SPEAKS GODLY!

I bought a car from this dealer in September. It overheated on the way home. At the dealer's…read moresuggestion I added coolant, then paid $400 for brakes because the car wouldn't pass NY inspection without them. The car overheated again two weeks later. It wasn't leaking or seeping into the oil - it was going out the exhaust. The car had a blown head gasket. 3 weeks without a car, getting dodged by the dealer and the worthless warranty company. The dealer's last words to me? "If you drive a car hot you will blow head gasket" ?!?!?!? IT HAD A BLOWN HEAD GASKET WHEN I BOUGHT IT. I hired an attorney.

Long story short, my search for a new van landed me at Best Choice Auto Sales all the way in Tacoma…read moreWashington , which is about a hundred miles away from my home. As luck would have it my phone was dead and our OBD reader died while looking at other vehicles . I chose what I thought was a nice fan we gave it a brief test drive because the gas light was on and I didn't want to end up on the side of the road . I am not familiar with big cities had no idea where other roads are wasn't even sure I would be able to find my way back after driving a couple blocks so I was not going to go try to find a big freeway . Everything seemed okay except the Delight was flashing which nobody seemed concerned about . I couldn't google it because I had no phone . I purchased this vehicle with everything that I had saved and borrowed and more . After arriving home I looked up the light and found it was a transmission issue . At that point the dealership was saying they sold me a perfect car and never had any problems they did not want me to take it to my own mechanic . They wanted me to bring it back to theirs . They wanted a single mother to drive a possibly unsafe vehicle 100 miles back to have their mechanic look at it . My mechanic said that it was a transmission issue possibly just the pressure switch or more and then there were some other issues also they advised me not to drive it . So it has sent since May and it is now October. I have recently been forced to drive it but have not taken it past the four miles to the store and work that are close to my home . I do not take it over 40 miles an hour because when I do there is a shutter . But I have special children , School meetings, work, groceries and medical appointments . I have had to postpone several important medical appointments because I cannot make it to them because I have no vehicle that will drive that far . I have avoided driving it as much as possible have only driven it a handful of times for those short distances and now the check engine light is on and it's throwing over 20 codes . When I went to go drive it after it been sitting since May in my drive , I noticed so many dings and scratches all over it . They were not no there was rust showing underneath . I suspect that they had been covered up by the dealership so the van looked better when I bought it . As well as all its other problems that had seem to have temporary fixes just long enough for somebody to drive it and buy it . The dealership refused to work with me , even after being contacted by the Attorney General they refused mediation . I feel very taken advantage of because I am a single mother and a woman . Plus I live far enough away I cannot possibly go into the dealership to speak in person . They have thrown insults at me , they have called me rude and hostile and in my writings to them anybody can see that I have been anything but . I have been totally screwed by the steelership and now I am pretty much stuck with no vehicle and no way to go to work or medical . Do not purchase a car from these people .

I was in and out with a new car in about an hour, drove the car home and they handled everything with ease, I never ran into an issue or problem when dealing with them... I got a GREAT deal as well... Habby and Steven were also great, always greeted me with a smile and I always felt welcomed and happy to be there. I HIGHLY recommend everyone who reads this to go there, I know I will be recommending them to all my friends and family and if the opportunity arises and I want another car I'm going straight to them. You'll absolutely love this place, the people, and the cars they have. They're in great condition and honestly priced. Go to NJ Auto Sales!! New Acura TL Type-S owner, Ligia G.

Je called the sales people and wanted him to tale car to someone in Bayonne to look at it stating it's just a sensor but in all actuality it was the timing chain ( which is not a quick fix). He took car back and demanded his money in which he paid in cash.. They gave him a check instead of cash . Do not go here unless you want to be lied to and charged unnecessary fees. Their online price is…read moremarketed as the low end to get you in the door. Then everyone of their sticker prices on the cars is 5-10k higher which serves to trick people who don't do their research and just walk onto the lot. Starting negotiations the salesman asks what you would like to pay a month. Avoid this at all cost and do not say a word about monthly payments it is unnecessary and they use this to try and get more month out of customers. Next after consulting the sales manager, you with be hit a "mandatory PDSI" $3,999 fee and a $2,999 "optional" certification fee. Both of these fees are BS fees. I ended up verbally arguing with the salesman and left shortly after. Words of wisdom when buying a car: During the whole 4 hours I was there, I seen one dummy scum salesman hold up a stack of cash and call out to my salesman and say "I whipped him into shape." - Salesman are not your friends and are testing you from the minute you walk in. - Check the MSRP so you know how much your car is. - NEVER speak to salesman about monthly payments, its better to look at the TCO (total cost of ownership) and the final price of the car which u can then just divide by the monthly terms to figure out your monthly payment yourself. - Avoid almost all add on cause a car dealership is not going to give u a fair price with most of the add on. - DO NOT BE AFRIAD TO ARGUE AND TO JUST WALK OUT.
