I understand there are times when things may not run on schedule or places are short handed in this case I expressed that my last visit I waited long than I expected and Eric in the service department told me that they were short that day and would try there best to get me out in a decent time frame. Which I appreciated his honesty in the beginning because people can be more understanding if they get an up front answer. My appt was at 12:45 and was told it could be an hour and a half to two hrs. My car was done just after 2pm. While I waited Eric found me in the waiting area about 20mins or so before my car was done to inform me that my car was almost done.
