When I arrived Chino greeted me. He was extremely friendly and upbeat along with his staff. I told him what was going on with my jeep and he put it on the lift, then after trying a couple things, he told me that I needed to replace my entire fuel pump. I left my vehicle there, and an hour and a half later my jeep was completely fixed as promised. I gave him very little notice. I thought this would take a long time to fix because my gas tank had to be removed in order to get to the fuel pump. They can get parts very easily and they also buy and sell auction cars for a really good price along with fixing mufflers, shocks, breaks, radiators, starters and tires etc. I called chino on my way home because I saw a battery light go on. Chino wanted me to be completely satisfied and he drove to my house and reset the light with a machine. I consider that great service! Chino's Auto Repair is located across the street from the Plainfield Train Station and is on 4th Street. There isn't a lot of parking so it's best to call before you come. And the only reason they are being changed is because one of the tires have a bubble in it. And I'm not one to replace 1 or 2 tires kinda guy. I got to do all 4. They don't have the exact same tires. But they have 4 that's a step up on quietness and comfort. So for a couple extra dollars. It works for me. It's a tire joint so I don't expect super clean sitting area. But the waiting room will do to keep our the cold. I like that they are thorough in the job they do. They back their work and they got very good prices. They sell custom rims alone and sets rims & tires. What is not in stick can be ordered in few days. Definitely I'm keeping this place as my tire shop

Beware of this business…read more I should have known who I was dealing with when I came in. I saw a mechanic exaggerating the issues a girl had with her car. I felt bad for the poor girl. I asked for my compressor to be repaired but they insisted on doing a recharge. I didn't need a recharge. You can do a recharge yourself with a $50 AC Recharge can from Autozone. I ended up having to pay $220+ to not have my problem solved. I feel like they knew what they were doing. A mechanic should have been able to look under the hood and tell that compressor is broken and I need a new one. It was closing time, and they wanted a quick buck so they did an unnecessary recharge. These people have no morals. They will upsell, sweet talk and take advantage in any way possible. Avoid this mechanic at all cost. Lesson learned.
