I was waiting for my car and the manager and Dan came out and asked me if I was here for a top off or an oil change and I said an oil change and they honestly told me that I had 60% oil life remaining and that I really didn't need an oil change unless I wanted one. Nowadays, they're aren't too many places you can go where they're totally honest with you. They didn't have to tell me that they could've just changed my oil I am very impressed with this location and will continue to go there and Dan is always pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

I went there and told them I needed a new tire. The nice gentleman at the counter asked to look at it, and turns out it's superficial, tire is fine. Any other place would just replace it and try to sell me 3 more! My dad once got a crazy estimate on his car and we brought it to American auto. He didn't need half the work and the price was less than 1/3 of the quote he had gotten. I very highly recommend them. They play the long game in business and are not out for the quick buck. Hence they have the loyalty of our entire family! Again, highly recommend them!

Terrible! These mechanics are not customer friendly when it comes to giving free diagnostics. If…read moreyou go to them and explain to them that you have had a prior diagnostic done somewhere else they won't believe you even with paper work. Your choice really is to either pay for the diagnostic or pay them for the parts and labor. You don't know what the parts and labor are going to cost and even if you can't afford it, they will still charge you for the diagnostic. I don't think I will ever use them again and don't recommend them.

I purchased tires there for my SUV sport about a year and a half ago. The tires were supposed to be…read morebrand new and they were Continental tires and then I also supposedly got some type of rebate, but when I filled out the information for the rebate the same day sending the receipt it's been a year and a half and I've never received any type of debit card or or anything, but that's not even the issue. The main issue is it's been a year and a half. The truck is not my only vehicle meaning I don't drive that truck every day. I drove it but again not every day nonetheless why are the tires already bald and they seem like they're splitting like they're coming apart these are supposed to be brand new continental tires. They should not last only a year and a half and again the mileage put on the vehicle after the tires was minimal so I'm thinking where they real continental tires. They definitely look brand new when I got them, but were they truly continental tires? How do I know? Did anyone else ever experienced this?

Reynold called later to explain I need a new engine. The car was picked up and taken for a 2nd opinion. I showed my diagnostic receipt from Goodyear to the new mechanic to show what test were performed and the diagnostic results. My receipt did not show results, codes, tests performed, any misfires, etc, nothing. It simply stated the problem I told them and estimated a new engine replacement of $9,500.+.When I called, Manny confirmed I could pick up a detailed copy of the report. When I arrived, Reynold told me he didn't have the report because he accidentally deleted it, that it was human error, and that He was being honest and that He didn't even have to tell me that! In Aww, I demanded something to show my new mechanic and was provided a quote on what an estimate would be for a new engine and used one. This still didn't show what was specifically tested on my vehicle, what concluded a new engine was needed? I did not fuss with them and knew I'd immediately dispute this charge with my bank for services I paid for, but didn't receive. I WON the dispute with my bank and was credited a full return of my money for the nonsense, non-service. If you are a WOMAN, don't go in there alone! They will take advantage of you with a trustworthy smile! Don't go in there to get cheated, regardless male or female, BEWARE! And never pay with cash to avoid taxes! Had I done that I would have never had the support from my bank to recoup the funds.
