I purchased tires there for my SUV sport about a year and a half ago. The tires were supposed to be brand new and they were Continental tires and then I also supposedly got some type of rebate, but when I filled out the information for the rebate the same day sending the receipt it's been a year and a half and I've never received any type of debit card or or anything, but that's not even the issue. The main issue is it's been a year and a half. The truck is not my only vehicle meaning I don't drive that truck every day. I drove it but again not every day nonetheless why are the tires already bald and they seem like they're splitting like they're coming apart these are supposed to be brand new continental tires. They should not last only a year and a half and again the mileage put on the vehicle after the tires was minimal so I'm thinking where they real continental tires. My husband who swears they're the BEST place around because they are cheap (for a good reason) went there today to get a used tire because he blew out my other 1 went there and paid $80 for a used tire..mind you, even though my husband is an idiot, they sold him a no name tire (we have Hankook) and as soon as he got back my son and I tested the car and it pulled to the right...we took tire off and found huge bubble on sidewall where the name brand was also rubbed off..needles to say we're going back 1st thing in morning and either getting money back or a new tire. This place is an absolute SCAM!!! I took my car there because the TPMS light was on for the longest I thought it just meant I needed air. So, the mechanic took my tire off and discovered 2 nails charged me $30 to plug my tire and keep trying to sell me a used a tire which I refused. 30 mins later he puts my tire on and sends me on my way. My TPMS light was still on after traveling for 20 mins I brought the car back and they said your sensor needs to be replaced charged me $75 dollars. I woke up this morning and the tire they supposed to have plugged is now completely flat!! Stay away from this place at all costs. The men were all laughing and making gestures like they knew they I would be back because they sabotage my tires. But I will report this to the Better Business Bureau and return with my husband this time. read more

Had slow leak in my tire which turned out to be a crack in the aluminum rim. Dropped off tire and wheel and City tire welded the crack in the rim, re-mounted the tire, and put it back on my car. Problem solved! They were friendly, quick, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend this tire shop!! read more

I have had an unhappy experience with City Tires. The air valve on my Honda Odyssey broke and I was recommended to them. I was told that as part of the fix, they will also have to change the TPMS sensor ($75) as it is required. Considering that they are experts, I went ahead. After they replaced the donut with the fixed tire, the TPMS light on the dashboard was still on, even after several tries with their computer. Finally, I was told by the mechanic that it will go off after I have driven the car several miles. Unfortunately, that didn't work and I took it to them after a couple of days and they tried again. Thereafter, I was told that the TMPS sensor for the other 3 tires need to be changed as well and hence the reason for the sensor light on the dashboard. I argued that the sensor light was off earlier and we had the issue with only one tire. The counterargument was that they are saying as they see and assured that changing the sensor for the other 3 tires will fix the issue. Again trusting that they are the experts, I went ahead and paid $225 ($75 a piece)+Tax. Unfortunately, that didn't fix the issue and I was asked to come the following day and the owner would have to take a look at it. I went the next day and met the owner. I was asked to leave the minivan for him to evaluate. He tried with the computer and was able to fix the issue. Below are my qualms 1. I was coerced into shelling $225+tax for no reason. I'm no expert to say this but strongly feel the mechanic didn't know how to pair the TPMS sensor with the car computer and prescribed replacing the sensors that were working fine earlier. 2. The big reason for the review today is that when I took my minivan for a periodic oil change. I was asked why do I have one tire that is different and almost worn out. And I realized that it was the tire City Tires fixed. I don't know whether it was a mistake or intentional, they put on a tire that was not mine and in a worn-out condition. I'm equally at fault as I should have checked but then I have not experienced this before. I feel double cheated. read more

The worst tire shop I have ever been to. I came here 2xs don't ask me why I gave them a second chance . they sold me 2 bad tires. In 5 days I came 4xs and the owner had to test drive it n claimed he didn't feel the bad tires. They give you a 7 Day warranty but they keep putting bad tires on. first , they give discounts for good reviews. the majority you see must be fake. I'm from FL , and got a flat while visiting NY. this store was close so I gave them a shot and I thought things were good, until the tire went flat a week later. This isn't a big issue as it happens, but when I went to get it repaired again ... they put two different keylock lugnuts on my tire without giving me the key for either lock. In turn this damaged my rotor rendering my car useless and costing me hundreds more in repair. AVOID. I went to another tire shop and they laughed at how this shop put on this used tire. Woke up to a flat tire. Threw inside the Jeep and headed over. They found the valve (TPMS) had a very slow leak. Simple gasket fix and the problem was resolved. They could've easily of tried to tell me the whole valve needed replacement but didn't. I appreciated that and will be back for more service. read more

Piero the owner of this fine establishment came to my rescue. My Volvo XC90 had a continued rear wheel balance problem resolved which other tire and rim repair shops could not do. His team investigated the damaged rim and ordered a replacement for over 60% lower cost than from my Volvo dealership.
