Specifically: Poor Cleaning: I explicitly asked them to vacuum the trunk--they didn't touch it. The dashboard was still covered in dust, and the rims were only half-cleaned. Lack of Detail: The car was still dripping water when they handed it back, yet no one bothered to wipe it down properly. They rush you through just to get to the next car, leaving you with a lousy result. Unprofessional Environment: The girl at the counter was smoking inside the building right in front of my children. This is completely unacceptable and disrespectful to customers. The biggest red flag, however, is their data collection. Without my consent, they took and saved my name and license plate number. When my receipt printed, all my personal info was already there. Why is this information being stored? There is no reason a car wash needs to keep a database of my details unless they are selling it to third parties. If you want to waste your money and have your privacy compromised, this is the place to go. Otherwise, stay away. Then this tough guy wanna manager reply to this review and makes all kind of comments. The girl was vaping at the counter, you want to call me a liar, if that makes you feel better. Why don't you be a man and admit that she was and that you rip off customers and your service stinks? Also a lot of five star reviews are people with one review. They are most likely his friends. Read some of the negative reviews and see how we talk to customers, this guy is not a professional, he's a clown. In the other negative reviews he gets defensive and insults people and tells them that they even speaking English. If you read his reply it doesn't look like English either. He is a loser!
