There has been no need for rework or problems afterwards. I appreciate the SPF protection provided by the quality XPEL tint. While there I asked about tinting a panoramic all glass roof for a different vehicle. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and explained why it should not be done, while other tint shops at that time were willing to do it. Also, please note that window tint laws are not direct. What the states publish are guidelines, since there is also the laws intent to work off of. This means that if it says you can't tint front windows, courts in certain states will allow it if it's a light tint, that one can see through.

Someone shot a BB gun through my boyfriends rear view window. I went to Crystal for repair. After a few days of awful communication, it was installed for a discounted price (due to the relationship). Less than 2 months later, the glass shatters, which I was in the car to witness. Nothing hit it, there was no point of impact. It was poorly installed. When called, they insisted it had to be something which I was there to witness it was not. We were at a red light. Another glass repair establishment confirmed.There was a child in the car in which the glass shattered on. When called we were quoted double what was paid the first time. Why would pay double for a job poorly done the first time. Other companies were quoting 100-150 less for the same glass. Real awful experience.
