"Confused," indeed - but not by my interaction with "Ester the owner." This business is number 1 is offering a useless option to reach out for glass pricing, so they can write you a message telling you to call the shop - then double down by scolding you for wondering why they are wasting your time. I couldn't be happier with the work Patrick and the team at PNA did on my 2025 Toyota RAV4…read more From the beginning, Patrick took the time to explain every step of the installation and made recommendations based on sound quality instead of simply trying to sell me more equipment. His attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding. My system includes an ARC Audio X2 800.8 DSP/amplifier, JL Audio speakers, Infinity speakers, Beyma A-pillar tweeters, a Rockford Fosgate subwoofer, and sound deadening. The installation is exceptionally clean, everything works perfectly, and it looks completely factory. The biggest difference came from Patrick's DSP tuning. He transformed the system into something I honestly didn't think was possible in a RAV4. The soundstage is wide, the vocals are perfectly centered, the bass is tight and controlled, and every instrument is incredibly clear. The music is balanced, detailed, and enjoyable at any volume. Before the tuning I liked my system, but after Patrick finished, it became a completely different experience. I would rate the sound quality a 9.5 out of 10, and it now has the refined, premium sound I was hoping to achieve. If you're looking for a shop that truly understands car audio, DSP tuning, and high-quality installations, I highly recommend PNA. Patrick's knowledge, craftsmanship, and passion for great sound really show in his work. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

Stumbled up on this place when I was going to my Uncle's body shop (which was only a few blocks away from ONEighty) to replace a headlight on my Audi A8L. I delt with Alex, who was extremely helpful. Ended fixing my headlight there for a fraction of the cost comparing to buying a new one. While my car was there, I decided it to tinted all around, including the head lights and also powder coated my rims (black). I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you Alex and the team. I've been coming here for several years had dash cams, window tints dome and recommended them to all my friends for installations of all kinds and window tinting. They use high quality materials for window tinting that does not fade, streak rip and looks like new after several years. The did work on my BMW 2016 M550 and now my 2020 Range Rover Sport. I would not trust my vehicles with too many places and since I was recommended to them about 4 years ago I have not even considered going to a different place. Kenny makes you feel like the only customer in the shop when you visit, he cares about you as a person not just as a customer. He has highly skilled workers and I see that have worked at Creative Audio & Security. for several years. I've seen the wraps they have some on cars which was OUTSTANDING!! They do work for all the major car dealers in the area, can customize almost anything you ask for. They also install lighting for law enforcement and first responders. Anyone I recommended to them told me they were totally satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them for all your motor vehicle installation and customization. You will be glad you did! Oh yea and they do awesome sound systems as well.
