please please please do not buy anything from them i was lied to manipulated and abused out of my hard long saved money. i read comments and think an individual had the same exact car with multiple problems. i didn't even have the car for a full day when it began breaking down. i just earned my license back and was excited to finally have my own. i repeatedly asked for honesty about the car and was told it was in perfect shape. i just got a full diagnostic test which one repair dealership didn't even want my money because of the danger....i called multiple times requesting my money and because it's surpassed the lemon law i have to take other steps in retrieving my money back. i am reporting them to everyone possible so this can't happen to someone else....... read more

Less than impressive experience so far. I looked for a while online (5-6 weeks) trying to find the right vehicle online. I end up finding what I wanted on autotrader at M2 in New Brunswick, NJ. The positives of dealer are ease of purchase (sight unseen, over the internet, no contact) and all their cars have a Carfax linked to the listing. After wiring them the money, they said it would be delivered in 3-7 days. On the 6th day, I called them and talked to them about it and it turns out the had listed the vehicle on an independent shipping site (ie: uship.com) and it could be any amount of time before a shipper agreed to the shipment. They had mislead me on this. I really needed the car, so I ended up getting a couple of my friends who live an around hour from the dealer to go get me the car and drive it up here. I set this up with the dealer the day before, so that my friends could be in and out fast. When they got there, the car wasn't at the dealership and the people there had no idea what they were talking about or me when I talked to them shortly after. Turns out the car had been moved to a storage facility and needed to be moved over. When a dealer employee brought the car from the storage facility back to the dealership, they backed my car into my friends car. They cut us both checks for the damage, so they we wouldn't report it to our insurance. They were at the dealer for an hour and half for what should of been five minutes or less. As far as the vehicle being as advertised, it's not exactly and I've had it less than 24 hours. There are many dings, scratches, and scuffs that weren't in pictures of online. There are no seat belts in the back seat. The third row of seats is missing entirely. The A/C needs to be recharged. Fog light is out. Overall, the car definitely wasn't cleaned prior. Check engine light came on the third day I had it. I wouldn't recommend them. read more

NOT a place to do business with. ZERO INTEGRITY. They took advantage of a young man's ignorance. My son purchased a car from them not realizing it was a salvage title. It was his first experience buying a car without help from his parents. As soon as he showed me the car, about 45 minutes after the purchase, I could tell the car had a poor paint job done. I asked if it was a salvage title and he said he didn't think so. He pulled out the title and sure enough it was a salvage title. I told him to take the car back, because any business that had any integrity would take it back since the ink wasn't even dry on the paperwork yet. They wouldn't even consider taking it back despite not telling him it was a salvage title when he looked at it. The salesman just kept repeating "All sales are final". They said the ad said it was an salvage title, and they said he signed the paperwork that said it was a salvage title, even though they just pointed to where he should sign in the mountain of paperwork without an explanation of what they had him sign. I know legally they are correct and you should never sign anything without reading it, but if he knew what he was buying he would not have purchased it and it's clear to me the don't care about the people they are doing business with, they just want he sale no matter how they get it. read more

He was so excited to start driving and when we took it to the shop to see what was wrong with it, we were beside ourselves. They gave us a car that was useless and unable to be driven. Predators who target vulnerable consumers. I purchased a 2007 Prius from M2 for perfect-condition price and the engine light came on when I was driving it home. They replaced the problem part out of legal obligation. Not even six months later, the battery, which costs more than $3k to replace, is dead. This means that I have a car that is completely unusable and $5k left to pay off. I'm going to lose my job because I can no longer get to work and I have no means to purchase or lease another car. This dealership sold me this car knowing it was not going to last and I would likely end up carless with most of my loan still left. I knew this dealer was dubious when I first saw it, but like many people with limited income, I had no choice because I could not afford anything else. I just didn't think the car would die so quickly. In a few months I will probably be homeless because I will no longer be able to afford my rent without the ability to drive to work. Hope you're happy! You're in the business of ruining people's lives. Edit: Called to tell them that they have devastated my finances, and their solution was for me to bring the car to them because they can "fix it for a lot cheaper." As if anyone should trust them to rectify their unethical sales practices when they rob people for a living. This car is now worthless and I cannot afford to put another penny into it with the huge loan payment I have left. If I could give zero stars I would. The cars they are selling are junk. I learned the hard way that you never skip the trip to a trusted mechanic. We bought my daughter a SUV here and it has been a nightmare. First of all they sell cars that aren't inspected and do not get it done for you. Secondly the car we bought had tires that were worn down to the steel belts but it was on the inside of the tire where we were unable to see it. Even selling as is I thought a car lot was required to have certain safety things addressed. I guess not in NJ! The car has been an absolute nightmare and is a money pit that we have no choice but to finish fixing so that we can get some use out of it. We went there because we are from NJ and were not aware that used junk lots like this have zero regulations. Save your time and money and buy from a persona person or go to a regular dealership and finance a car. We tried to just buy in cash and 5K and much headache later we have learned a horrible lesson. My father and I purchased a car here 8/23/21 and it stalled on the highway two days later; my father had to call for a tow. My father called Boris at the dealership who asked for an estimate for what was wrong. My father took it to a mechanic who told us it has a completely faulty transmission that requires rebuilding. My father sent Boris the estimate and Boris verbally agreed to have his mechanic rebuild the transmission, cover 50% of the cost, and provide a 1-yr warranty on the transmission. The next day he sent my father a waiver form to sign to agree to accept $900 in exchange for our rights to sue. When we followed up via email to reiterate what had been discussed on the phone, he completely disregarded it and insisted we sign the waiver and reach out to his mechanic ourselves. So we're discussing our recourse with an attorney. I wish I had seen these reviews before my father picked this dealership. read more

I drove 4 and a half hours to look at truck. they told me the truck was all solid and safe. so I put a deposit on it. now, im a mechanic so I knew what I was looking at, I get there and the paint was faded, leaked a lot of oil and fuel, and had a bad driveshaft u joint, also the steering sucked.this was clearly not safe to drive back. the radio didn't work, barely any of the power options worked on the truck. they are the biggest scam artist on the planet. if you ever buy or bought a car there I would probably go drive it back into there office. read more

I was looking at a specific vehicle that appeared to be in great condition judging by the 20+ photos available. Be aware of this place! I saw a Honda Civic on Craigslist , the pictures were perfect the car looked like it was in great condition, but it in person it had many imperfections. I can guarantee you that car was a flood car, there was rust everywhere under the hood and even where the spare tire is in the trunk. There's no reason for a 2008 to have that much rust. When we asked the guy what the title was he didn't even answer, he gave back our license and got offensive.
