Yes, there was a little hiccup, but the woman helping me was so sweet about it that I half-expected a laugh track to start playing. Less than ten minutes later, everything was done. Less. Than. Ten. Minutes. That's faster than it takes to get through a drive-thru when the person in front of you orders 47 items. Meanwhile, over at the big banks, you need three forms of ID, your firstborn child, and a blood sample just to ask a question. And after all that, they still charge you $35 because you blinked wrong. Never again. I use this place and shared branching, and I'm never going back to Big Bank Land where customer service goes to die. Highly recommend, will bank again.

The first time I went to the drive-thru and it was a seamless transaction. The second time I attempted to drive through again, but it was not in service. Boo!! I had to park in front of the ATM and walk up to get my cash. No biggie, but when the drive-thru ATM is broken, I'm sure it puts a damper on anyone's schedule especially if they're on a time crunch! I'm just glad I can get in and out pretty quickly! I'll be back eventually!
