DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP - A COSTLY NIGHTMARE:…read more This dealership sold me a vehicle that was a ticking time bomb. Within weeks of purchase, my Jeep began showing serious mechanical issues -- including a failed head gasket, cylinder problems, and other major engine failures. These were not minor wear-and-tear issues. These were catastrophic failures that no reputable dealer should have overlooked, let alone sold to an unsuspecting buyer. They assured me the vehicle had been inspected and was in good condition. That was a lie. The repairs ended up costing thousands of dollars (almost $10,000k in repairs), and the warranty they sold me conveniently excluded coverage for the most expensive repairs. When I turned to the dealership for help, they were evasive, dismissive, and completely unwilling to take responsibility. If you're thinking of buying from this place -- DON'T. You could be walking into a financial trap with no safety net. I have filed formal complaints with state and federal agencies due to their deceptive sales practices. This experience has been mentally, financially, and emotionally draining. Protect yourself. Take your business elsewhere. This dealership should be avoided at all costs.

We had 3 cars we wanted to see and had them all (plus 2 others) test driven within an hour. C3 offers a wide variety of very well maintained vehicles. They matched another dealerships offer on our trade-in and Danny helped us with financing. Chris made sure we were comfortable in the "living room" while we waited to sign paperwork. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place if you're in the market for a previously owned car.

I've driven past Lakeside Motor many times and took note of the small dealership. I've been…read morecasually searching for a car for over two years and just couldn't find anything that checked all the boxes. We've tried big dealerships and found the prices extremely inflated. We decided to give Lakeside Motor a try! They had so many cars on their lot to choose from! We met with the sales person Khaled. He took the time to find out what it was that I was looking for. I had very specific requirements: Had to have a sunroof. Had to have an adjustable seatbelt for this shorty. Tons of cup holders to enable my coffee addiction. Had to be a neutral color (ie. no reds, bright colors). Had to be a four door. And had to be easy to get into (again, for this shorty). He showed me a few cars and then brought out the Lincoln MKC. I would have never considered a Lincoln, but this car fit me perfectly. The luxury leather seats hugged my back and had both a cooling and heating element. I had brought the kiddos with and they had plenty of room in the backseat, plenty of cup holders, and they thought the sunroof was cool! The bearded man, my husband, gave his approval too and enjoyed riding shot gun. It seemed that Khaled knew what I needed better than I did. I wish I had come to him sooner! He even sent me a text the next morning to thank me for my purchase. Now that is great customer service! The paperwork and financing was easy peasy. The financer, AJ, went over all our options and we decided to go with the in-house financing which offered the best interest rate and terms. Ryan had all the paperwork printed and organized for us to sign. He explained everything thoroughly and sent me copies of the paperwork electronically per my request. One of the owners, Max, came out and personally thanked us for supporting a small business. We had casually mentioned that our daughter would be needing a car in a couple of years when she turned 16 and he even looked her in the eyes and shook her hand. That was a big deal for her (and us). She was treated like a future customer instead of a kid. I highly recommend Lakeside Motor. We will be repeat customers for sure!

I waited over two months before writing this review in hopes that Lakeside Motors would resolve my…read moreconcerns. Unfortunately, my experience has only become more frustrating. The process started with two vehicles I was interested in being sold before I could complete my purchase, which should have been my sign to shop elsewhere. I ultimately purchased a vehicle and signed a contract in early March 2026. My down payment and trade-in were completed, and when the remaining down payment was paid, a new contract was drafted and signed (3/17/26) to reflect the updated terms. Throughout the transaction, multiple employees appeared to be involved, including Chris, Lucky, and Perla, which often led to confusion and inconsistent communication. My biggest concerns are that, despite completing the required paperwork and payments, the dealership has still not provided my registration sticker, and repeated attempts to resolve the matter have been unsuccessful. Additionally, a payment of $497.25 was processed from my account that was fraudulently processed, and I have not received a satisfactory resolution regarding the charge or a refund. I gave Lakeside Motors ample time to address these issues before posting this review. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership and would encourage potential customers to carefully review all paperwork, monitor their accounts closely, and ensure all registration matters are completed promptly.

BE VERY VERY VERY LEARY OF THIS BUSINESS AND OWNER I am writing to file a formal complaint against…read moreAtlantic Auto Sales, located at 2815 FM 544, Wylie, TX, and its owner, Tamara Yusubov, regarding the purchase of a 2016 Tesla Model X. As we live abroad, we purchased the vehicle sight unseen, based on the initial photos from the sales advertisement and a verbal conversation with Mr. Yusubov. We are experienced Tesla owners, so we had no concerns about making a purchase like this. Below is a detailed timeline of events: March 7, 2025: We paid a deposit of $1,000 for the 2016 Tesla Model X after two weeks of negotiations with Mr. Yusubov. March 10, 2025: Full CASH payment of $26,000 was wired for the vehicle. March 14, 2025 (3:48 PM): The car was delivered to our new home in Oklahoma with only 49 miles remaining on the battery. We attempted to plug the car in but discovered the charging port was not functioning. March 14, 2025 (6:32 PM): We immediately contacted Mr. Yusubov, who assured us the car had been fully charged before delivery. We also requested the title, bill of sale, and temporary registration, which were not included. He said these documents would be sent. March 15, 2025 (11:45 PM): We followed up with Mr. Yusubov as the car still would not charge. March 16, 2025 (12:42 PM): We contacted Mr. Yusubov again about the charging port issue. He insisted the car had charged for him and began to blame the towing company for damaging the charging port, which seemed illogical since the towing company would not have plugged the car in. We still did not have the title, bill of sale, or temporary registration. Mr. Yusubov promised the documents would be sent. March 16, 2025: We received the bill of sale and temporary registration, but the temp tag was sent by email, which was unusable. We reminded him about the title. At this point we registered the car with Tesla for diagnostics. March 19, 2025: Tesla ran a diagnostic test and confirmed the issue with the charging port. We had the car towed to the Tesla dealership in Oklahoma City at our expense, totaling $570.18. We informed Mr. Yusubov, but he insisted there was nothing wrong with the port. March 21, 2025: We contacted Mr. Yusubov again about the title, and he said he would check with his staff. March 21, 2025: Tesla replaced the charging port for $149.00, which we paid out of pocket. March 21, 2025: We asked Mr. Yusubov to reimburse us for the charging port replacement and towing costs. He agreed to reimburse us for the port but refused to cover the towing expenses, claiming shipping costs were too high and suggesting we should have used Triple AAA. March 22, 2025: We contacted Mr. Yusubov again regarding the title and tracking number. He put us in touch with his staff, who shared the tracking number for the title. March 24, 2025: We reached out to Mr. Yusubov again regarding the reimbursement but received no response. However, we did receive the title on this day. March 25, 2025: We followed up once more with Mr. Yusubov about the reimbursement. March 26, 2025: We contacted him again, but he continues to make excuses and blame his staff for the delay. We have yet to be reimbursed for the charging port repair or towing expenses. While we understand the vehicle was purchased "as is," we expected the charging port to function properly, as it is an essential component of an electric vehicle. Mr. Yusubov assured us that the car was in good condition.
