We were recently about to travel on a trip and Brian your salesman tried to upsell her $1884 for battery and brakes. Her battery was two years old. I had her get it tested at AutoZone. It was 100%. My battery in my Camaro is seven years old. They then tried to tell her she needed brakes. Her brakes are fine. We had them checked at Firestone. Very disappointing, considering companies thrive on repeat customers. Sean, of course defended his employees and his salesman. As to be expected. She's 83 years old on a fixed income and I am the one who has to watch out for con men like your company employees. We will take our business elsewhere.

I was very disappointed in the service or shall I say lack of integrity. They quoted me a price of $1600. For 4 new tires, lug nuts and fix the leaky(?) shocks. The other dealer where I went for 2nd opinion quoted a price of $794. For everything .
