This place is fine but, having 6+ cars rolling thru here I have to say my piece. Context...I came in without an appointment and it took 4 hours to rotate the tires. Only in a liberal rules society should it take four hours to do it. Just disappointed. Will go to Discount Tire moving forward. read more

I needed a new set of tires and alignment. I needed higher prices special order tires. Belle Tire had a decent price and were able to get the tires in quickly. I waited about an hour and a half for all of it to be done. Nice shop and friendly staff. read more

They take WAY too much time to even get my car in. I had an appointment for 2:30 and they didn't even get my car in the shop until about 4. not done till about 5 I had work at 5 if knew it would've taken this long I would've went with someone else. so many people standing around doing nothing in the shop. take in mind I only needed one tire changed under their warranty. people have places to be and they are so Inconsiderate of other peoples time!! not to mention I was even there 30 minutes early. its like this every time I come here and it needs to be fixed. read more

First visit here yesterday and I have a new tire shop... State-of-art facilities, equipment and service capabilities but that all takes a back-seat to the people. Lonnie manages this place and his knowledge, customer service and genuine give-a-damn attitude is amazing. As a new facility you may never know what to expect, but Belle does it right! I have 4 vehicles all that have a 100k plus miles in them so it's nice to have a safe have like this. With an appointment it took over an hour to change one tire when I asked multiple times if it would be ready within an hour so I could make it to work on time. I said if it's any chance it will take longer I will reschedule and of course I was late to work when I could of changed the tire faster myself read more

My car had three of one rim and one of the other. Had scratches on them. Also scratched the front bumper. They fixed the rims but totally denied the scratch. We only had the car a week and now he have a scratch to look at. Managers there put there job off onto others so they don't have to deal with it. While sitting in the waiting room heard no one called you? They should of called you a lot. Seems like they need to get on board with Communication as they lack that. I will never go back. read more

I called on a Friday around 12:45 about one of my tires having a leak. They told me to come in right away. Austin was extremely professional and super helpful. I have been to other places in town and the staff have been rude and not helpful because I'm female. Belle Tire repaired my tire and I was good to go in about an hour. All of the staff were wearing masks and were very friendly. The lobby was clean and at a comfortable temperature. The staff all seemed to work as a team and were very efficient. I went here for 4 RV tires and was most pleased with this place. Very helpful management and friendly courteous employees. I chose to bring in a tire at a time and they worked with me on that. Very clean place. Excellent parking. Practice Covid safe practices. Good price for the tires I purchased. Busy tire store and I hope they continue to stay busy. Small town feel to the place. If I could rate ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!! My vehicle had NO problems before going in to this place. Went in to get a wheel stud and tire repair. Walked out to my check engine light on, tire pressure light on, and my car jerking. I never left the lot! Walked right back in and tried to explain the issue and Aaron was not trying to hear anything I was saying. They turned my lights off and Aaron told me my car wasn't jerking anymore. To my surprise I get back in my car and boom, still jerking! I asked him for corporates number and he gave me the wrong number! I called the correct number and a rep called me back and he was no help as well. He kept reading me my invoice and the notes like I asked him to read to me or something. I would never recommend anyone to go to this place. I spent $359.01 for them to mess my car up. I could've done that for free!!! read more

Picked up a nail in my tire on I 65. Was able to add air and coast into Belle Tire. They got me in right away, didn't try to say it can't be repaired and sell me new tires, they patched it and got me back on the road. Great place!! read more

My son dropped his car off to check for tire noise was told that there would be no charge to look at. After telling us that it was the wheel bearings that needed replaced and it was not the tires we were charged a 85.00 diagnostic fee that was not mentioned up front until we told them we would do the work our self. I had an appointment for 3pm today to get 4 new tires. I have a full size spare that was shot and asked for the best remaining tire to take the place of the spare then replace the other 4 tires. I got there around 2:50. The time on the receipt from checkout says 5:03. That time does not include a wheel alignment as they were forthcoming that an alignment would not be any good because my outer tie rods are no good. That was much appreciated. 2 hours seems a bit on the high side, but I understand this facility is new, and I witnessed at least 1 employee that was training. I then went out to my vehicle and despite the tackiness, I opened my trunk and checked the spare tire. It had not be replaced. I went back in and the shop manager, Lonnie (great guy), got someone to take care of it, albeit with what I considered the worst of my 4 old tires (had cupping wear, employee may have just spot checked tread depth on all 4 tires). I left the facility about 5:30. Driving down the interstate, I noticed my hood was unlocked, which was odd. I'll admit I had high expectations for this place. Lonnie, the price, the honesty, and the facility all met this expectation. The service was lacking just a little, but overall, can't complain. read more
