I spoke to the manager Sean. He tried to tell me that batteries only last three years now because they're taking all the lithium and giving them to electric cars. We both know that's BS. My battery in my Camaro is seven years old. They then tried to tell her she needed brakes. Her brakes are fine. We had them checked at Firestone. Very disappointing, considering companies thrive on repeat customers. Sean, of course defended his employees and his salesman. As to be expected.
