TERRIBLE SERVICE DON'T COME HERE!!! Robert who I imagine is the manager was super rude and just screaming at all of the employees. It is an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere and the entire shop smells like weed. I came here one time to get my oil changed and will not be back. Jiffy lube broke my air filter housing during an oil change and they gave me the run around and they won't replace it. Guest services tried to shame me and intimidate me for having an oil change elsewhere. I am a single mom. They took advantage of me they broke my air filter housing and didn't tell me when they did it and now that time has passed they won't acknowledge it or repair it. They take advantage of their customers and take them for granted. I live near buy and would've returned, but not anymore! It's deceitful and sneaky to break something on a new car and not inform the customer especially when you know you had an unreliable employee! Buyer beware! I went to Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed. I got the $75.00 5k miles package and had a coupon for $20.24 off. I heard them say as I was getting out of my car when they were draining the oil out I heard them say that it takes more oil. I didn't think anything about it. I figured if it cost extra for that they would tell me before they did it. I was so wrong! I still paid the full original price because they charged $10.00 for each quart over and $3.00 more for the filter. Which also should have been told to me BEFORE they did the work and trapped me into the payment! Almost like a bait and switch scheme. I will warn people to make sure you ask about any extra charges before they start work on the car. They will not tell you until AFTER the work is done and your complaints fall on deaf ears with blank stares! read more

I was going here for oil changes for about a year. They'll get you in and out quickly but the staff has never been anything but really aggressive and irritated, bordering on mean. Barking orders at you, not asking or giving you a heads up before opening driver's door, yelling at each other, and not being clear about weather they're talking to you or each other, etc. Once when I went one of the supervisory staff was yelling instructions angrily at the employees during my entire visit; everyone was just sitting uncomfortably in their cars. Got to the point where I started dreading getting my oil changed. My last visit was today when I brought my partner (who has worked in mechanic shops) and he said, "woah, is that place always like that?" Yikes. read more

Went there for Oil change. The sticker on my car said oil change at 41.5k and my car was at 43k when I went there. Jiffy guy checks my car and tells me that the oil in car is still in good condition and I don't need oil change for another few thousand miles. He checked other stuff as a courses too. He could have easily changed me oil change since I was all set to get it done, but he didn't. This place has honest people and I am sure the service they provide would be utmost quality because they seem to care! read more

Their service was fast, too fast. I went in for an oil change, a headlight replacement, and new windshield wipers. They said I was all finished up and I paid and drove off. They did not securely close my hood and driving down the highway it popped up. I pulled over and realized I still had my old beat up wipers, as well as my headlight was still out. I called them and they apologized and told me to come back the next day to have my wipers and headlight replaced. I don't think I'll be going back to have my tires replaced. I had a wonderful experience at this location. Amanda greeted me as soon as I pulled in, and was extremely friendly. I had my oil changed and tires rotated, and Richard was extremely pleasant whilst going over everything with me. The waiting time was close to nothing, though I didn't get the feeling they were rushed to get me out of there as I was in super close to closing time. Both Amanda and Richard held doors open for me, and I even got my mats vacuumed AND they tossed my grocery bag of trash out for me! Very pleased and can't wait to come back. read more

Paid $89 (cost after a $13 coupon was used) for a synthetic oil change on a Toyota Prius. Cost already seemed high given oil volume for the car and for Jiffy Lube in general. When I got the car back, check engine light was on and later hybrid system malfunction light. Car stalled and was not able to move under its own power. I walked back to Jiffy Lube and had someone take a look - a mechanic failed to reconnect the air intake hose back to the air filter box, forcing the car into limp mode. My money was refunded and the manager was very helpful, however I will not be returning to this or any other Jiffy Lube location as this was a very serious mistake. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PROBLEM TO GET WORSE!! I brought my car here because of a slight squeaking noise that I was hearing on my right front tire. I told them I had a flight to catch in Chicago and needed to be out by 12:30. They told me no problem they'd have me out in an hour. I arrived at about 10:45 and after 30 minutes I finally got my diagnoses back. They said my brake pads needed to be replaced and that the rotor was getting grooved and needed to be replaced. Well $200 later and 20 minutes over the time I needed to leave by, I was told by the mechanic that my car WAS NOT FIXED AND MADE THE SQUEAKING NOISE. Upset and rushing I paid them and left, and they gave me a 10% discount for making me wait...NOT MENTIONING THAT I PAID FOR THE PROBLEM NOT TO BE FIXED. When I drove off the noise went from a slight squeak to a BLARING screeching noise that made people look at me as I drove by. I just spent $200 to make my car WORSE! Already 1 o clock, I pulled the car back to jiffy lube and demand that they fix the problem they made worse. When they looked at the car again, it turns out there was something screeching up against a plate on my car...NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT I PAID FOR. That wasn't even on the diagnoses they gave me!!! I was so upset and late, that i didn't have time to argue. I thanked them and drove off. For a college student $200 is a FORTUNE and I paid that out of my own pocket. I will be writing another formal complaint to corporate for this. I was literally robbed out of $200!!! read more

I went here to get an oil change on my car. It was way overpriced, and the guy doing the "suggestive selling" was very very strange. When I get my oil changed, I definitely don't need anyone trying to sell me $100 more in services that my car doesn't even need when it has low miles. I also don't want the high mileage oil if it's not needed for my car. If I would've sent my 17 year old in for this, she wouldn't have known what to do. These guys do a great job on my brand new Chevy Malibu. They know which oil the manufacturer recommends, clean the inside of the vehicle and do more than other area oil change places all with a smile. I would recommend this place and tell everyone to go there. read more
