I decided to YELP Cart Starters and it recommended Mobile Car Pro in Shrewsbury, I emailed Scott and the very next morning he called me to ask a few follow up questions and a short while later we booked an appointment for me to bring in my summer beater Miata the very next day. I arrived at 8:30-- the shop is in the back of the complex it's located in along with a Baseball camp and a dance studio- but it's clearly marked with signage so you can find where to go. I pulled in and they took my car right away. Service was very reasonable and I was on my way about two hours later. Great guy-- really happy with the result, he went above and beyond and took the time to explain how this new key fob works. Some things to know; the shop is located about 1/2 mile from anything useful, like coffee or breakfast. There is a Honey Dew up the road but you're taking your life in your hands if you try to walk Route 20 for that distance so go before. The waiting room is very sparse, there are a few interesting things to look at, and they have free Wi Fi that works great but unlike the other shop I used to go to there is not a lot there to entertain me while I wait. So keep that in mind, bring things to stay busy. A+ service, and the starter works great.

Both were excellent experiences. After ten years, years of off-road abuse, the auto started wasn't working (neither did the Toyota fob) so I called these guys with a view to getting a replacement. "Bring it in, maybe we can fix it" they told me. I was dubious, this vehicle is battered. But bring it in I did, this morning, and I left 15 minutes later with it working perfectly. My bill? $12. I was delighted. I was 100% expecting to be paying $400 for a replacement. This is typical of every interaction I've had with Autotoys and the interactions I witnessed with other customers. It's great when you can find a place like this that really put the customer first. They have earned my repeat business today and for any future needs.
