I found VPS on Yelp and after doing some research by visiting his website along with the many reviews on Google/Yelp I decided to take the plunge. I contacted Dave via text late on a Saturday and was texted back that same night. He ask for a link to the vehicle I was interested then without asking pulled the Carfax of the truck and showed that it had been in a minor accident. We discussed more and I decided I was serious and ready to make the purchase. Dave swiftly took over and made an appointment with the seller, scheduled a basic vehicle inspection that included a diagnostic check as well as 10-20 photos of the body and undercarriage including a short video of the engine idling that I specifically requested. I then proceeded to negotiate a price with the seller that we eventually locked in. I was able to send the funds directly and securely witch gave me added piece of mind. Dave met with the seller got all the paperwork taken cared of (notary, title, bill of sale, etc) as well scheduled/coordinated a new windshield replacement that the seller agreed to take care of prior to selling me the vehicle. Lastly Dave was able to clean, prepare and store the vehicle safely till we could schedule shipping to me. Dave went above and beyond my expectations! He was willing to help with whatever was needed. When you're going through something like bankruptcy or rebuilding your credit, it can be easy to feel like you have to take whatever option is offered. Ryan never made me feel that way. He treated me with respect and worked with me to find an opportunity that made sense for my situation. The process did have a hiccup. We initially started with one vehicle and I was told everything looked good, but ultimately the financing wasn't approved because of my particular circumstances. Rather than making the situation frustrating or making me feel like I had wasted my time, Ryan adjusted quickly and worked to find another option. That flexibility and willingness to keep working with me made a big difference. One thing I would tell anyone considering Ash Auto, especially someone rebuilding their credit or coming out of bankruptcy, is don't be afraid to ask questions and don't be afraid to speak up about what you want. Your financial situation doesn't mean you shouldn't expect a good vehicle and a fair deal. Do your homework, understand the terms, and make sure you are comfortable with what you're agreeing to. At the end of the day, Ash Auto is still a business, so being an informed customer is important. I also believe this is especially important when you're rebuilding after bankruptcy. The vehicle you choose may be the vehicle you're living with for several years while your credit recovers, so don't feel pressured to simply accept the first option presented. Make sure you're comfortable with the vehicle, the numbers, and the overall deal. I can now also speak to the delivery and post-sale experience. The vehicle was promised for delivery on Monday, 9/21, but actually arrived on Sunday, 9/20, which was a pleasant surprise. The delivery was simple and hassle-free. The driver confirmed my identity, handed over the keys, reviewed the vehicle with me, and made sure I was comfortable before leaving. The vehicle arrived in good shape and, honestly, in better condition than I expected. I did notice two mechanical issues fairly quickly. They weren't cosmetic, and while I was surprised they hadn't been disclosed, I also understand that they may not have been known to the dealership beforehand. I contacted Ryan, and he responded and connected me with Jason, the Service Director. Jason was professional and helpful and immediately worked to get the issues addressed. He gave me the option of having the vehicle inspected and repaired at a local dealer or certified repair facility of my choice and even offered to assist if I had any difficulty getting the repairs handled. That follow-up was important to me. Used vehicles aren't always going to be perfect, and I think the real test of a dealership is how they respond when something unexpected comes up. So far, Ash Auto has responded professionally and made a genuine effort to help resolve the issues rather than leaving me to figure everything out on my own. I'm still relatively early into ownership, so I don't want to overstate my experience or make claims about the long term that I can't verify yet. But based on the buying process, the delivery, and the way the initial service concerns have been handled, I am very satisfied with the professionalism and customer service I've received from Ryan, Jason, and Ash Auto. For anyone dealing with bankruptcy, rebuilding credit, or a difficult financial situation, I would recommend giving Ash Auto an opportunity to work with you. Just remember to do your homework, ask questions, understand the numbers, and make sure the vehicle and terms work for you. Overall, I'm cautiously optimistic. What started as a situation I was honestly nervous about has turned into a much more positive experience than I expected. They were super easy to work with and there seemed to be a lot of different selections. One thing to be very aware of is that most of the vehicles on their lots are "buybacks". This means that they are cheaper but they could be considered a lemon and it may be hard to sell or have some issues that come down the road. Of course, there could be nothing wrong with it as some states have very lenient return laws so that the buyback could be for the smallest thing. Just make sure you know what you're getting into as you look for your car here. Of course there's nothing wrong and nothing but. Just want to make sure proper information is provide for you yelpies!

I was able to walk in (no appointment needed) and Christian M was able to help me right away. A quick ID scan and he came back just gave me the keys I'm like what?!? I'm not used to this level of customer service. He gave me quick directions for the test drive route and I was able to follow it step by step by myself. I say the only negative about this place is the lot, they have many vehicles and parking/spaces are limited. As for the vehicle, it was nice and I would jump on it if it wasn't a buyback (branded title) Now I already knew this vehicle is branded before stopping by. I wanted to see if I can find out more on the reason why it was a buyback other than charging issue. Sadly the paperwork didn't provide the additional info. Should you get a buyback? That really depends. The price is GREAT no doubt and if you plan on KEEPING the vehicle long term (as the resale value is a lot lower, do a quick check via CarMax or Carvana), don't mind dealing with potential electricial issues (but they should be cover under warranty) But knowing myself I usually don't keep vehicles longer than a few years. Also I would double check your insurance and make sure it doesn't cost extra. And at the time I haven't driven the Kia EV6 GT (the original vehicle I was looking at) so I ended up passing on this. Also wanted to point out they have the lowest Doc fee that I've ran into ($299) here vs other dealers wanted $699. No add-ons, title fee is $19. Very low sales pressure, extremely friendly staff, I would stop by again in the future when I'm looking for another vehicle.

Out-of-State Buyers Beware! Seller/Owner (Brian) did not disclose significant cosmetic defects with…read morethe vehicle (Ferrari California). He initially asked for a cash deposit (cashapp, Zelle, etc) to hold the vehicle until I could arrive 4 days later. Thankfully I used a credit card (disputable vs. cash). Upon arriving I found major cosmetic defects with the vehicle that he brushed off as nothing (the perimeter of both headlights were scratched/crazed and the entire dash was delaminated and puffy). The vehicle was not even washed or detailed and the weather had been clear for several days prior to my arrival. After seeing the true condition of the car I was not happy so I decided to pass on it. He refused to refund my significant deposit even though I never agreed or signed a purchase agreement and he never disclosed the deposit was non-refundable (otherwise I would not have sent one). This is a very deceptive and unfair business practice. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER! He is NOT honest! Any response to this review by his company would be lies!
