I would not recommend buying a vehicle from New Deal Auto…read more I financed my first vehicle through them, and it had a slipping transmission. They replaced it with another vehicle, but the very first day I drove it off the lot, it shut off on me and had to be towed back. Now I've found out it has electrical problems, and I haven't even had this vehicle for a year. I'm a single mother who put $2,500 down, trusting this dealership to sell me a reliable vehicle. Instead, I feel like I was sold another lemon. Every time I call for help, I get excuses and empty promises. The service manager, Jerry, has repeatedly told me the problems were fixed, only for the same issues to continue. They've kept my car for a week at a time, returned it to me saying it was repaired, and the problems never went away. My salesman, Eric, hasn't been helpful either. Once they made the sale, it felt like customer service and honesty disappeared. Please do yourself a favor and have any vehicle from this dealership inspected by an independent mechanic before you buy it. Don't just take their word for it. I hope my experience helps someone else avoid the stress, financial burden, and frustration that I've had to deal with.

I was told if the same issues were happening I would still be covered and that wasn't the case. I then hung up on evon and just stopped answering calls. Horn still doesn't work alarm system doesn't work, engine light still on, and now the car start to lock you out and shuts off and you can drive it due to it being in auto theft mode. So today they decided to put a repo out for the car, and I was told I was 3 payments behind on a car that doesn't work, and Inorder to get it out I will have to pay 500 plus the 400 repo fee all in one payment. I honestly just want to say this has by far been the WORST experience in my life and I'm so happy it is over! DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE!

Really disappointed. Their inspection process is obviously a complete flop. I will not buy another car here.

Do you have the desire to simply be treated like a human being and not a sale/commission? Try Nelson's. They aren't a normal car lot... and if you understand business and the costs associated with it all you'll get it once you see their offerings. We were able to get a reliable car for our teenage son at just the right price. It didn't need any mechanical work done, and when we took it to get new tires it was verified that the suspension and brakes were both in great shape (hard to check those otherwise). Bonus: the picture of the car online actually matched what the car looked like in person. No "from this angle you can't see the huge scratch down the side of the entire car" shots. What you see is what you get. When I followed up on the sole issue with the car (a windshield replacement that was included with the car purchase due to a chip in the one it came with) I received a prompt response including confirmation that the title and plate were sent - plus an ask for me to let him know that we received it. That's not something you'll EVER get from a big name dealership. I will absolutely come back to Cody and his team should I ever be in the market for another car. (That would be a brokering deal, which they also do!)
