WRONG ..... these idiots didn't do not a single thing, and this is how I know .... When my brother went to go pick up his newly fixed vehicle, he went driving down the road again ENGINE LIGHT for the same thing so he calls them back up. Let them know it's happening again. They say "oh we forgot to tell you that after changing the catalytic converter it could throw some weird o2 sensor codes". So they tell him to bring it in again and they'll "fix" it.... So when my brother drops off his vehicle they told him they will take a look at it , well they come back and end up telling him they are going to have to change the catalytic converter .... Ummm okkkk thought you already did that . So they take the car for almost a week .... We just got it back and now the o2 censor light is coming on .... So my brother who is mechanically inclined crawls under his vehicle and wouldn't you know it ....... There is no catalytic converter even attached to the damn exhaust of the car ... my brother looks at the paperwork and it has written on it "replaced catalytic converter" (scratched out) and it says that they attached a o2 censor Defouler to it. If you are unaware what that is this device bypasses the exhaust system so the engine light does not come back on.... So with that being said bypassing an exhaust system, so the engine light does not come on means that this vehicle is unable to pass emissions and that is the law in Maricopa county. Take this as a warning and steer clear from New Deal Auto there are NO DEALS here .....

They feel like they get out of responsibility by saying they "can't control what goes wrong on a used car after the inspection", but there's no way that they couldn't have noticed these things that were wrong with the car during the inspection. It's unfortunate that a former "marine" is working for such a dishonest company and selling bad cars to other vets. I know I'm not a mechanic but from what I understand, an oil leak shouldn't be happening, and that is a sign of failing components. Well, the 30 day warranty insurance company has decided that that's not proof of failure, and they're refusing to cover that fix. If we had known what we know now, we definitely would not have gone to drive time to purchase this vehicle. It's been to the mechanic three times now and it's been a fight with the insurance each time. There's no compassion there. There's no sympathy, they simply do not care. I myself would have a really hard time working for a company that has no integrity, and I would be ashamed of myself quite honestly if I stayed there. So do you and your family a favor do not go purchase your vehicle from this place. They do not truthfully certify their vehicles before they should be sold. Even though they will look you in your face and say that everything is perfect with the vehicle. I know that we are just one family and our one tiny review isn't going to make a difference, or close drive time down, stop people from buying there, or turn them into honest human beings. When I followed up on the sole issue with the car (a windshield replacement that was included with the car purchase due to a chip in the one it came with) I received a prompt response including confirmation that the title and plate were sent - plus an ask for me to let him know that we received it. That's not something you'll EVER get from a big name dealership. I will absolutely come back to Cody and his team should I ever be in the market for another car. (That would be a brokering deal, which they also do!)

I was told "I'll call you right back" over and over with no follow-through. After several days of this, the frustration really set in. When I finally reached a manager named Keith, he made promises but also never got back to me. The turning point came when my wife called the dealership and reached Mike Milliken, a manager who immediately took ownership of the situation.
