Every tire I ever bought (the 20 years I rode while living in the Burgh) I had mounted there. Every clutch in every bike (over 20 motorcycles) for a couple of decades.. Once again.. Only Norms.| There was nothing they wouldn't work on. (they even turned wrenches on my BMW's and Moto Guzzi.) I moved to Florida a dozen years ago. Decided to do a nostalgia project out of a bike I found in the back of a guys garage for cheap (1978 Honda SuperSport with the inline 4 750.) Called to check for parts while planning a trip back home.. Was super sad to find out they had closed up shop. If you ever had the experience of dealing with Norms.. You KNOW you haven't lived the pieced-it-together rat bike lifestyle until you knew where everything was in their yard and warehouse, and had invested countless Saturdays mornings hanging out in the showroom or around the side in the garage absorbing wisdom and know-how. Norm's will be a part of a lot of people's memories for a really long time. At Norm's... It didn't matter WHAT you rode.. it only mattered THAT you rode. Best to those that kept it running for so long after Norm!

Norm's will get your bike right! Friendly people with great knowledge on motorcycles and tires…read more This is an updated review. I originally left a terrible review, after I got my tires mounted and balanced by them. I saw the receipt that they gave me, and misread it. It appeared that they charged me a $90 fee for tire disposal. Gosh was I mistaken. I am looking at the receipt now, and it was a $10 fee for the tire disposal. The "$90" was just the total of the mount and balance. I was having an awful day and misread the receipt. Wow. I really suck for that, and am embarrassed. These guys got my tires mounted and balanced within a day. Couldn't find anywhere else that could get me in that quickly.

The experience at my local dealer( if you are from around here u know who I'm talking about) was always unpleasant as you feel like you are going to get mugged every time you go there. It's located in the ghettos if Akron. That dealer also doesn't even let you sit on the bikes in the show room. If I'm going to spend $18k on a bike I should at the very least be able to sit on the darn thing first. So I finally had enough and drove to the next closest KTM dealer which is Point View. What a difference! The dealership itself is a little old and run down but I didn't care. They had the inventory of what I was looking for and Jason there gave me a killer deal on an '18 SuperDuke 1290. The buying experience was awesome and painless and they even went out of their way to prep the bike while I waited so I didn't have to drive all the way back to pick up the bike. I recently took my Duke back for its first service and for some mods and they are awesome to deal with like always. Friendly and personable every time. Highly recommend these guys. They even let you sit on any damn bike you want! Thanks Point View! You Rock. I wish they were closer but at least I don't have to pack heat to go see a bike or buy parts. :)

Terrible for service. They have me an estimate of 600 then charged me 1500. And wrote on the bill…read morethat I should have paid much more for additional repairs. Worst place i have ever done business with.
