I wish these things could be said the first time instead of having to call 3 different days to get 3 different answers. The communication is terrible and seems like they don't know what they're doing. I wouldn't have an issue if these things were told in the first call i made. Ive been needing PT and its been beyond a hassle to get a referral after they recommended someone. I had a good experience in my first visit but this just voids that good visit. If you decide to go with them, make sure to ask every question and find out everything before hand so there's no surprised later.

Throughout Covid they have adjusted their operation to insure safe treatment and some testing is even done as you sit in your car for extra precaution. While I didn't like not being able to interact with anybody other than staff (I mean, it's a hospital setting, so...), they have Roku Tvs with Netflix in the rooms, and you can sign into any of your own services. Jason and Tina in particular are amazing, but I had no negative experiences with anyone working there. I will say, if you're there long enough for a meal, it's going to be a frozen dinner that they throw in a microwave. The upside is you have an exact calorie and carb count, if that matters (I'm on insulin, I have to dose based on carb intake - they let me self administer since I'm on an insulin pump). At one point they apparently would order from restaurants, but that probably cut into the CEOs hush fund too much (joking) Thr care is great. The food is terrible (I mean... It's a frozen dinner). The bill will max out your deductible (and likely your out of pocket even on a HDHP). But they truly do care, and they've stayed in touch to see how I'm doing. I don't know what kind of game they're running, but I am going to find a different DR for my husband and myself. My husband likes the DR he sees, I like the psychiatrist that I see, but I can't stay with a group that has no respect for their patients. I don't know if they just want my money and have no desire to return what they are charging from me from every virtual visit that I have or if they think I will just give up. When I did book my physical with them they cancelled my appointment and reschedule a month out (ok I understand that things happen ) but when I went for my scheduled followup the office was closed and I was never notified. When I tried scheduleling my 2025 they called me to cancel stating it had not been 12 months from my last physical even though my insurance resets in January. Today I showed up for my appointment after being reassured multiple times over the last week that there would be a provider and today there wasn't one. These are just some highlights of my experience.
