I had been very unhappy with those experiences. When we saw chase, the difference was night and day. Chase was very knowledgeable, and was willing to take the time to fully understand my daughter's case and what we needed her AFO to do for her. He called the manufacturer immediately to ask if a particular adjustment would be suitable for that type of AFO and made the changes we needed quickly. As a bonus, he put my daughter at ease, which is saying something because she can take some time to warm up to new people.

He made me orthotics.They had to fill the toes of the shoes without gaps and stop short of the heel of the shoe without adding anything I could feel where the orthotic stopped. Please save yourself time and money. Dr. Smith comes off arrogant, rude and unprofessional. He definitely did NOT take the time to discuss the option of having the others removed, the details of the procedure, and what levels of sedation are available. The way it was discussed was not thorough. After the visit I did look elsewhere, but because of timing I came back. Make sure you do not come back. Look elsewhere. The staff does not know how to schedule your appointment. Be careful. Theresa tries to get you in but the timing is off, the entire office is off and the experience will leave you in aww in the most WORST way! They do not check in with you to see how you are--- so don't expect a call back. Possibly the most rudest form of respect in the lowest way possible. If you plan on doing ANY sedation look elsewhere. Do not do it or you will regret it. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The procedure went well, I did not experience any pain or discomfort during and Mark and his team were professional and courteous. If you need dental work done, head here, you will be in good hands. Edit: It is now one week since the surgery. Marc used a local time released anesthetic on the extraction site and told me around day 3 there would be some pain. Day 1-3 there was almost no pain, on day 4 and 5 my jaw was a little tight but still very little pain, the surgery is now healed as far as I can tell and I couldn't be happier with the results. If you want an pain free extraction experience Marc is the guy to see!

Just knowing what to do for the amputee isn't enough. Just caring about an amputee isn't enough. David and the entire staff do both! He has worked tirelessly making the prosthetics for a bilateral BK amputee, with his fantastic technicians and staff, and then taken the time, never rushed us, through the fine tuning. We drive to New Braunfels from San Marcos to see him because his skill and his compassion are worth it. It feels like he is as invested in the outcome as the person being fitted with the prosthetic. I was told they usually come to the facility within a few days to do the evaluation/fitting. However, after a week and despite multiple calls to them from the facility they didn't show and I was discharged home with an old sub-optimal orthotic. I finally got a hold of them and my initial evaluation from Mike was professional. However the other business workflow and staff were very poor. It took them more than a month to get my orthotic and when they did it sat on their shelves for a week and they forgot to call me. Then on the date of my follow up fitting they said they needed a more detailed order from my doctor. I would have appreciated longer notice. I was also accidentally hung up on or transferred to the wrong numbers by their front desk staff. Overall, the service was slow and not professional in my opinion. I'm also in the health care field and would not recommend them to any of our patients. I would recommend you make the trip into Austin for any future orthotic needs and avoid this business.

It is clear to me the vendors are more important than their patients. They had my insurance info in the computer as I have been going there for years BUT I forgot it this particular day and Stacy, the witch, said I could not see the doctor as I didn't have my insurance card. I have established patient mind you. She said "who goes to a doctor's office and forgets to bring their insurance card?" I was shamed by her, did not see the doctor, finding a new foot doctor now.
