She was an absolute delight to work with, delivery was super ( and safe) and the price for a month's rental was really reasonable. This was one of the smoothest, easiest things to happen during a difficult surgical time and I have Donna to thank for a stress free encounter. What a great company with great employees!

This has definitely eased our burden, especially those days we realize we are running low. The Towson Health Mart also has local connections with other businesses. When I needed sedation medicine for my daughter's dentist, I just took the prescription in, left it with them, and they did the rest. My only minor complaint is that there have been a few times my wife has sent me in to grab something or she has gone herself, and they say there is nothing ready even though a call was made saying it was. This is usually rectified by a delivery later in the day (or the next day) but it can still be a bit confusing or frustrating. Overall though, with the amount of expectations that we put on Towson Health Mart Pharmacy, I have been pleased with our patronage.

I have had multiple recent experiences with inaccurate prescription information and extremely rude customer service. Last month, I received a text notification stating that my prescription was ready. I drove approximately 30 minutes to the pharmacy, only to be told that the prescription was not actually ready. Today, I had another prescription sent by my doctor. After it was sent, I followed up multiple times--three times today--to confirm that the pharmacy had received it. Each time, I was told that they did not have the prescription. To make matters worse, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and had a very unpleasant attitude. I understand that pharmacies can be busy and that mistakes happen. However, the combination of repeated communication issues and consistently poor customer service is unacceptable. This is especially disappointing because I have been a customer for two years and did not previously experience this level of service. Unfortunately, based on these recent experiences, I will no longer be using this pharmacy. I also would not recommend it to others, including people I work with or my own patients who may ask for a pharmacy recommendation. What could have taken an hour at CVS took me 5 minutes at Ruxton Pharmacy. There was no one in line, the phones were not ringing off the hooks. The gentleman who helped me was kind and personable. Bonus points: The prices I paid were at least 25% cheaper than CVS or Walgreens. They also have an A-mazing greeting card selection which I will take advantage of the next time I return. AI did not recognize my date of birth when keyed in on my telephone either. I left a voicemail indicating my date of birth, my prescription name, and prescription number to be filled. I arrived at the store the next day and signed in. The system had no record of my refill request. Then I was directed to stand in the drop offline. The employee at the drop off line apologized, found my refill info, and entered the request into the system. Then I waited for it to be filled and then waited in line to check out. Furthermore, usually store coupons are printed with my receipt. None today! When I asked the checkout person about the coupons, he said that only the receipt printed (obviously).
