Now I've been on phone for 15 minutes waiting. My app and phone system says I don't have a prescription. Its 4pm. My doctor's office says it was sent in at 2pm. Someone just picked up call for a minute and put me on hold. I was told last time I dealt with them a month ago, that their phone system had problems. That time to finally get to pharmacy, I had to direct call to manager who walked back to pharmacy to help me communicate. No sooner do I sit down and my phone shoots a text message 'YOUR RX IS READY FOR PICK UP!'. And someone walks over to another register to ring me out so I don't have to get in line! NOW THAT is customer service!! The Pharmacy has to abide by a very strict code of conduct and for someone to take out their frustration of the staff for an issue that is beyond their control is just pure ignorance. While there I noticed that they have a consult team of skin care/wound care nurses available at their Cockeysville location. I worked with one of the nurses at St Joseph's for years and knew she was outstanding and so made an appt when my husband developed a pressure ulcer. She was great and it meant us visiting their store in Cockeysville. What a great recourse for medical supplies and knowledgeable staff who can explain how to use them. Sue Curran is a great skin care specialist!

This could be because of the lite staffing, the high volume area that it serves, etc. We have medication for our dog that we pick up from this location once a month. We've utilized both the drive through and the in-store checkout to get her prescription. Some days it's super speedy and there aren't any issues. Other days, it's an absolute disaster. Overall, I give this location four stars due to the amount of crazies it has to deal with as well with appearing to be as understaffed as they are. This is a healthhub location as well which gives customers the options for essentially doctors visits and routine shot administration. It's a clean and well organized location but I do hope that they find ways to work out peak hour rushes.

AI did not recognize my date of birth when keyed in on my telephone either. I left a voicemail indicating my date of birth, my prescription name, and prescription number to be filled. I arrived at the store the next day and signed in. The system had no record of my refill request. Then I was directed to stand in the drop offline. The employee at the drop off line apologized, found my refill info, and entered the request into the system. Then I waited for it to be filled and then waited in line to check out. Furthermore, usually store coupons are printed with my receipt. None today! When I asked the checkout person about the coupons, he said that only the receipt printed (obviously).

We use Towson Health Mart Pharmacy for most of our prescriptions. With multiple people on multiple…read moreprescriptions, none of which seem to ever be on the same schedule, it can be a lot to manage. Towson Health Mart Pharmacy does a pretty good job of it. What I really like about this place is if you can't get there during business hours, they will deliver locally. The turn around for delivery is pretty quick. This has definitely eased our burden, especially those days we realize we are running low. The Towson Health Mart also has local connections with other businesses. When I needed sedation medicine for my daughter's dentist, I just took the prescription in, left it with them, and they did the rest. My only minor complaint is that there have been a few times my wife has sent me in to grab something or she has gone herself, and they say there is nothing ready even though a call was made saying it was. This is usually rectified by a delivery later in the day (or the next day) but it can still be a bit confusing or frustrating. Overall though, with the amount of expectations that we put on Towson Health Mart Pharmacy, I have been pleased with our patronage.

I have had multiple recent experiences with inaccurate prescription information and extremely rude customer service. Last month, I received a text notification stating that my prescription was ready. I drove approximately 30 minutes to the pharmacy, only to be told that the prescription was not actually ready. Today, I had another prescription sent by my doctor. After it was sent, I followed up multiple times--three times today--to confirm that the pharmacy had received it. Each time, I was told that they did not have the prescription. To make matters worse, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and had a very unpleasant attitude. I understand that pharmacies can be busy and that mistakes happen. However, the combination of repeated communication issues and consistently poor customer service is unacceptable. This is especially disappointing because I have been a customer for two years and did not previously experience this level of service. Unfortunately, based on these recent experiences, I will no longer be using this pharmacy. I also would not recommend it to others, including people I work with or my own patients who may ask for a pharmacy recommendation. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the quality of customer service has clearly changed.
