I worked with one of the nurses at St Joseph's for years and knew she was outstanding and so made an appt when my husband developed a pressure ulcer. She was great and it meant us visiting their store in Cockeysville. What a great recourse for medical supplies and knowledgeable staff who can explain how to use them. The pharmacist, Brian, is always helpful with any questions in person or by phone. If not available he will call you back. I was recently surprised to find that HVPharm was the specialty pharmacy making specialized eye drops for my mother who lives an hour away. I was able to contact The pharmacy twice with my parent's questions and talk right to the my personal pharmacist who had made the drops. Only negatives: because they are small, you sometimes need to go elsewhere or wait (if you can) until the next day for less common Rxs. They do not have the hours of big chain pharmacies if you get an emergency night or weekend script.

With multiple people on multiple…read moreprescriptions, none of which seem to ever be on the same schedule, it can be a lot to manage. Towson Health Mart Pharmacy does a pretty good job of it. What I really like about this place is if you can't get there during business hours, they will deliver locally. The turn around for delivery is pretty quick. This has definitely eased our burden, especially those days we realize we are running low. The Towson Health Mart also has local connections with other businesses. When I needed sedation medicine for my daughter's dentist, I just took the prescription in, left it with them, and they did the rest. My only minor complaint is that there have been a few times my wife has sent me in to grab something or she has gone herself, and they say there is nothing ready even though a call was made saying it was. This is usually rectified by a delivery later in the day (or the next day) but it can still be a bit confusing or frustrating. Overall though, with the amount of expectations that we put on Towson Health Mart Pharmacy, I have been pleased with our patronage.

The pharmacist was super polite I waited in their small waiting area for my doctor to send the prescription, she let me know when she received it and was filled within minutes. While waiting, several people came in and were greeted, as I was. Two people wanted to get fitted for knee compression sleeves (there are "fits" beyond what walmart provides?!). Overall the service and prices here far exceeded what we've come to believe we deserve when going to the big, corporate pharmacies. Will be excited to come back again. Highly recommend. There is a parking lot around the building along with zero-entry for those with mobility issues.

This has got to be the worst Walgreens I've ever been to in my life. The pharmacy is the pits…read more Plus, you can never get through on the phone. Even doctors can't get through on the phone. They leave a prescription order, and you have to pick it up because the doctor called it in, and you need the prescription. They claim it's not there, but it's actually because they never check their phone line. It's wild that a doctor can call in a prescription for you and still can't get through to the pharmacist. The store is understaffed, and the staff doesn't seem to care, even when they're understaffed, about helping you and getting things resolved unless you go in there and raise holy hell. The store shelves are half empty. If you are planning to pick up non-prescription medication, consider ordering from Amazon instead of trying to find it on their shelves, as you'll have a better chance of success. The only reason I go to this location is to pick up prescriptions for a family member. I don't use it myself because of the horrible experience I've had here, picking up prescriptions, and having to wait, or having to call and not get staff on the phone, and being on hold for over an hour. I do not recommend this location, and frankly, from the reviews for other Walgreens locations in the area, I don't recommend them either.
