This CVS is hit or miss. Just like with most other locations, this location can be amazing at…read moremorning and evening hours but super swamped and a discombobulated location at all other hours. This could be because of the lite staffing, the high volume area that it serves, etc. We have medication for our dog that we pick up from this location once a month. We've utilized both the drive through and the in-store checkout to get her prescription. Some days it's super speedy and there aren't any issues. Other days, it's an absolute disaster. Overall, I give this location four stars due to the amount of crazies it has to deal with as well with appearing to be as understaffed as they are. This is a healthhub location as well which gives customers the options for essentially doctors visits and routine shot administration. It's a clean and well organized location but I do hope that they find ways to work out peak hour rushes.

Automated phone reminder about a refill was never received by me at…read moremy home phone. I then called 410-823-3900 automated line. AI did not recognize my date of birth multiple times. AI did not recognize my date of birth when keyed in on my telephone either. I left a voicemail indicating my date of birth, my prescription name, and prescription number to be filled. I arrived at the store the next day and signed in. The system had no record of my refill request. Then I was directed to stand in the drop offline. The employee at the drop off line apologized, found my refill info, and entered the request into the system. Then I waited for it to be filled and then waited in line to check out. Furthermore, usually store coupons are printed with my receipt. None today! When I asked the checkout person about the coupons, he said that only the receipt printed (obviously).

I accepted the date and time they suggested over the phone. Upon arrival i was questioned as to why i was getting the shots that day. I advised that it was their suggestion of date and time. I was shown a clipboard showing i was the only one scheduled that day and told it was their busiest day of the year. They offered the flu shot then but suggested I reschedule RSV as it takes some 15 minutes or so to prepare . While awaiting the flu shot to be administered i was then advised my Medicare ID was invalid due to a hack of the govt site. I told them it had been accepted at GBMC , by my PCP and my Dermatologist in the past week. I left with no vax administered. I called Medicare and was advised the Card # i had for the past 15 years had not been hacked and was ok. This week they would not fill a script for two blood pressure meds because they don't carry them? These are both readily available and widely prescribed throughout the USA. CVS, Walgreens etc. This script was marked received successfully by the "My Pharmacy" app they recommend for their patients. See photo below. Only upon arrival did they advise they wont fill the scripts. Everyone there is very nice but my experience has caused to me to move to another Pharmacy. Proceed with caution.

I was a little leery, especially since I have a very nice LabCorp at my primary care office. (I wasn't able to go there for this particular need). I made my appointment and had little to no wait time. The tech was friendly as well as professional. And I hardly felt the needle stick. I was left with no bruising too. I would go there again, if needed. This is my go to Walgreens.

I get a phone call that you're going to deliver the crescent rolls in 20 minutes and I said excuse me I don't understand why I'm getting charged seven $6.99 delivery fee when I just bought 60 some dollars worth of groceries and I wasn't charged a service fee because of walmart plus so I think with a misunderstanding I was not under the impression that I would be charged $6.99 for two boxes of crescent rolls. I tried to talk with the AI girl very helpful but no no compassion at all. I was trying to explain to her and I can't afford six dollars or $.99 for delivery for two boxes of rolls. The carts are filled with trash and the cart carriers bring them in to rot like that. On the inside, it's like opening another can of worms. The stockers completely annihilate the food that goes on the shelves. The can goods are beyond dented. The foods out of date, between rotting/moldy meringue pie being put in the clearance section, unrefridgerated. The candy section is out of date. Cream cheese left on shelves just to rot and be put back in the refrigerator days later. They are constantly out of stock of most items, the workers are lazy, the self checkout have layers of slime on them and could easily be cleaned down but aren't. It's a sad experience to come to this store.

It's an independent community pharmacy where the staff recognize and greet you and provide personal service. The Pharmacy fills your prescription for a reasonable cost and can order any health device and show your pictures from a catalog to fit your needs. Such personal service is not available in chain pharmacies. One most important service is a reminder for prescription refills and as much as possible fill with the same generic brand as requested.
