She then had a look of annoyance on her face and just repeated louder "SINGLES OR DOUBLES" and I said "I'm not sure can you explain?" She told me to wait a minuet while she answered the phone that was ringing. When she got off the phone she asked again and I was flustered at this point. I asked her if she had an example, but she looked very annoyed but then the customer behind me said "it basically means you get one or two of the same photo". I then replied I would do singles because I didn't know if it would cost more or not. I left feeling really embarrassed and humiliated. She also didn't tell me how much it would cost.

I thought he was going to grab them for me, but he proceeded to put away a stack of prescriptions and then came back to ring me up and that is when I mentioned to him it had been almost 4 hours. His response was his coworkers are slackers! Granted, I realize he was probably kidding and he told me he had just started his shift so the person before him didn't put away any of the prescriptions so nobody was getting notices!!! Expired food is not being removed from the shelves. Additionally, the shopping carts are in great need of repair. Plastic grips are cracked or missing all together and wheels are squeaky or broken. I tried the operator three times and the phone just kept ringing and ringing. I tried another selection and a computer came on and didn't answer my question.
