I went to get some photos developed and I've never done that before at this location. The cashier asked me "singles or doubles" and I didn't know what that meant. I said "what do you mean?" She then had a look of annoyance on her face and just repeated louder "SINGLES OR DOUBLES" and I said "I'm not sure can you explain?" She told me to wait a minuet while she answered the phone that was ringing. When she got off the phone she asked again and I was flustered at this point. I asked her if she had an example, but she looked very annoyed but then the customer behind me said "it basically means you get one or two of the same photo". I then replied I would do singles because I didn't know if it would cost more or not. I left feeling really embarrassed and humiliated. She also didn't tell me how much it would cost. read more

Looks like my review is the same. Medication not in stock for two prescriptions. Then they expect you to wait two days. They say they have no way to send the script to another store internally. If thi is a constant problem , they would do something about it. read more

They are the absolute worst!! Never have medications when needed yet certain pharmacy plans require you to use them. The staff is rude and it's never enjoyable picking up your medication. Much prefer the Walmart pharmacy across the street but my pharmacy plans requires me to use this CVS for certain prescriptions. Which is a shame since they're never in stock!! I'm just supposed to go without?!? read more

Everything If I Could give 0 stars that's what they would get..no communication about medicine that's not in stock and no call to the Dr for a possible replacement. I'm done and I'm not wasting my time on CVS anymore. read more

You can't get anyone to answer the phone or return your calls. Worst service ever. There is no wonder why CVS is closing stores, poor service leads to bad outcomes and frustrated customers. It eventually impacts bottom line profits when customers look for a better option. read more

Every time I try to get a prescription filled for myself, my son, or my wife, this CVS is always out of stock despite the app saying the order is ready. It's beyond frustrating--especially when other locations like the ones in Westminster and PA seem to have no issue keeping the same medications in stock. Honestly, I'd rather take my chances at Weiss than deal with CVS anymore. This has been a consistent problem, and it's unacceptable when it comes to something as important as medication. read more

We go here for our vaccinations, although out of our way. Consistently courteous, helpful service.

This is literally the worst pharmacy. Everyone that works there is so disrespectful and impatient. Emory who works at the drive thru sucks. She was so rude to me and had no idea what she was talking about. I then spoke to the pharmacist and she was equally as bad and had no knowledge about the medicine I was being prescribed. I will be switching to another pharmacy immediately :) it is concerning that these people are giving out medicine read more

CVS Pharmacy - Class act. Thank y'all. - Drugstores Near Me - Hampstead, Maryland

This store sucks, been using them for years and our prescriptions are late, lost or never ready when we are told. Made appointments for shingles shots and it was a complete fiasco. The app to reorder mess has not worked properly in years. read more

CVS is a UPS Access Point - I had never used an access point before but it's very convenient to my house. I had a pre-paid package to send and an Amazon return. The clerk said the Amazon paper had to be attached to the tiny box which I hadn't done because you normally don't do that for Amazon. So I said Ok, give me a couple pieces of tape - the clerk said I had to buy tape. I just was surprised - she could have engendered some good will by saying ok but just remember to do it next time. So now I have to make another trip - definitely to another UPS store! read more

I went here once to buy some sinus meds, and I wanna give them five starts because they've been brutally verbally assaulted by quite a few Karen's. Nobody deserves that. Hope they never come back! read more

I want to enthusiastically commend an employee, Ryann, at the Hampstead Maryland, CVS store for her above-and-beyond help this week. I was picking up an extremely expensive prescription and she told me about a discount option for that medication. She saved me a substantial amount on my prescription! I am so very thankful that she took the initiative to inform me of that discount and proceeded to help me get it. She is a remarkable employee and should be recognized for her outstanding customer service. read more

My husband and I are so dissatisfied with CVS in Hampstead that we're switching insurance companies during the Medicare open enrollment period this fall so we'll no longer need to deal with CVS come January 2020. With our current insurance company (Express Scripts), the two local pharmacies that are preferred in-network are CVS and Walmart (the Walmart pharmacy is just as bad) so we're stuck using one of them in order to get the lowest co-pays. CVS never has one of my husband's drugs in stock and he's always told it will be a 2-3 day wait to get it in for him. At Walmart, there's usually a long line and an interminable wait for service. So he always winds up having this particular prescription filled at Family Pharmacy, which is standard in-network with our current insurance company, and, therefore, the co-pay is higher. I've complained to both CVS and our current insurance company about this, to no avail, so both CVS and Express Scripts will be losing our business come January. We're enrolling in an insurance company with Family Pharmacy and Weis as our local preferred in-network pharmacies. Extra advantages ... the new insurance company (WellCare) is overall (premiums and co-pays combined) less expensive, Family Pharmacy and Weis are closer to our house, and the employees there are more friendly. read more
