The pharmacist, Brian, is always helpful with any questions in person or by phone. If not available he will call you back. I was recently surprised to find that HVPharm was the specialty pharmacy making specialized eye drops for my mother who lives an hour away. I was able to contact The pharmacy twice with my parent's questions and talk right to the my personal pharmacist who had made the drops. Only negatives: because they are small, you sometimes need to go elsewhere or wait (if you can) until the next day for less common Rxs. They do not have the hours of big chain pharmacies if you get an emergency night or weekend script.

I tend to try to combine coupons with the sales...That makes it worth it. This is also convenient because there aren't other drug stores nearby. This place is usually clean and stocked.
