I had a UPC number and he grudgingly looked it up and said it wasn't in stock and to call back and get Customer Service. I asked if there were any other battery operated space heaters in stock and he said that he can't access them. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE STORE'S MENU. I tried the operator three times and the phone just kept ringing and ringing. I tried another selection and a computer came on and didn't answer my question. I figured that I would find out BEFORE I went to the store but there was no cooperation from the store!!!!
