I did take a star off because w/ this being my 1st visit to ATX Tans, Melissa failed to introduce herself to me. I had to introduce myself to her 1st, which then prompted her to tell me her name. Call me a stickler for wanting to know the name of someone who gets the privilege of seeing me in my "birthday suit". She's very knowledgeable and her approach is relaxed but informative, offering options for a routine that fit both your skin & lifestyle. She's also very thorough but gentle with her technique, which is incredibly important if you have sensitive skin like I do. I love the products she uses and they have worked incredibly well on my skin. Elizabeth is also in school for nutrition, so she can speak to how your diet will affect your skin as well. On top of everything else, she is just the nicest person! I appreciate her professionalism and realism -- I instantly felt comfortable going to her, which is super important when you're considering having someone "work" on your skin.
