His PA Sheila was not able to diagnose why I was having severe stomach pains after 3 visits. She never ordered any tests to see what might be causing the pain. She kept telling me it was something I was eating. I ended up in the ER where they did an ultrasound and I had gallstones and had to have emergency surgery. Now I am with Dr. Ellis, whom I never have seen because he is never available. Had to see his PA Kara who was totally incompetent. Made an appointment with her because I was having some stomach pains. She walks in and sits down (no hi or anything) and says "what's the problem". I tell her what's going on and then she says she will order a CT scan without asking any questions. I did not feel comfortable with her at all and I felt like she really didn't know what she was doing . She really had an attitude. My appointment with her lasted about 3 minutes. After the appointment, I called her numerous times and left messages and she never called me back. I went to see another doctor and found out the reason for the stomach pain was because of some medication I was taken. So Kara just wasted my time and money. When I go to the doctors, I want to see a real doctor. I don't want to spend my hard earned money to see a PA who doesn't know what they are doing.

Plus, this site only mentions Dr. Robinson. She asked if I had been there before. I said no. She asked for my name and D.O.B. I asked why she asked (since I had not been there before I knew she would not find me in their system). She said if I had been to see any doctor in the area they would not be able to see me. She also told me that the first appointment with him was telemedicine. What? So how is that going to help him see what is going on with me physically - like touching my stomach area? I am super disappointed after the wonderful reviews I read.

Thank God I found Dr Robinson who sent me to the Mayo Hospital In Florida, that's when I met Dr Bowers and they let me work out my own schedule and did tests back to back instead of running around like before to all kinds of doctors . Achalasia was healed but Dr Stephan Bowers forever grateful and when I got home he even supported me to tell the doctors to give me a test when they did not think throwing up blood and screaming the worst pain in my life just by drinking water was valid I got a GI tear and they wanted to send me home even after I showed them pictures of the blood of just one hospital tray but they said I wasn't Anemic from blood test enough ???????? Let me start by saying that I've known some excellent doctors, and have had a couple of…read moreearth-shatteringly bad experiences as well. Dr. Julie Reardon has surpassed my wildest expectations of what a family physician CAN--and is willing--to do. I think that's in part because she is a phenomenal physician and person, and I suppose the Harvard education and work with Dr. Andrew Weil doesn't hurt. I'll add that all of the folks in her office are equally as competent and caring. If you are contemplating a visit to Dr. Reardon, it's because you haven't been feeling as well as you should--probably for quite some time. Your insurance-covered doctor has run some general tests that haven't shown anything all that extraordinary; and while you may greatly respect your PCP as I do, you realize that time and budget constraints limit the ability to which they can explore your issues. You may have been told that it's your impending menopause, or your weight, or that you perhaps should consider antidepressants. This is the state of medicine in our current era of managed care, and it's nobody's fault. Sometimes it just IS. Know that, if you can afford her services, "Dr. Julie" will leave no stone unturned in helping you find that road to recovery. She's not one of those "vanity doctors" who will hand you creams, diets, and vitamins to make you ageless and extra hot...although feeling better usually makes you look better! She's a serious, science-based physician with an uncanny ability to relate the typically unrelated, and see the "big picture" of your health situation. In our initial visit, she caught on to trending issues I'd never thought of before, including a potential genetic makeup that leaves me prone to certain problems with mood and energy level that are exacerbated by stress...and I've had a year of that! She ran a gamut of tests after explaining the purpose of each one, and uncovered a problem so critical it was a wonder I even had the energy to get out of bed in the morning. I am no less impressed with our follow-up discussions. She has referred to another provider for an area outside of her realm, and also recommended simple vitamin and supplement changes that will do me a world of good. At the same time, she's not that earth-crunchy guru that's going to mandate that that you live on purified air and chants...hers are moderate lifestyle changes for real people living in our everyday world. Dr. Julie doesn't take insurance, but that allows her to spend true quality time with the patients who sign on with her. I will say that, for the fees involved, I feel like it's been a very good choice for my healthcare dollars. I am finally getting some solid answers as to why I've felt HORRIBLE over just this last year, and I finally feel confident knowing someone's got my back while I take steps to get better. I think there are a lot of docs out there who dream of having a practice like Dr. Julie's--and she has made that dream a reality. When I think about how quickly Dr. Julie started "cracking the case", and all the co-pays and labs past that never quite addressed my issue, I realize that I have now SAVED time and money in the long run. What's more...I could have gotten REALLY sick were it not for Dr. Julie and her findings. She very well might have saved my future from being...well, not so bright. Thinking about calling for an appointment with Dr. Julie Reardon? I say go for it...you will NOT regret it, and you have everything to gain.

I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time and was taken back to an exam room with-in 5"!! Christie came & retrieved me, she is one of Dr. Nandy's clinicians. She took a brief history, and we discussed who had referred me and why. After documenting the information, she let Dr. Nina Nandy know-I was available and Dr. Nandy came in and introduced herself, and we began to converse. She is very laid-back, yet very professional, in a comfortable kind of way. She listens very carefully and asks appropriate details. After hearing my history, she agreed with my primary care physician that it would benefit me to have some follow up procedures. We discussed her thoughts. She then told me about the preparation required, and said I would be receiving paperwork that would review everything. I expected her to have me call a scheduler or stop by the front desk to schedule, but she actually went in to the calendar and gave me some available dates and scheduled it herself. I worked in healthcare myself for well over 40 years, so it's so nice when you find physicians that are down to earth. I found that with my new primary care physician and both physicians that she has referred me to!!!!! All have been remarkably nice and caring -yet very professional, and competent . In a time where healthcare feels dictated by insurance and government entities it's great to find such knowledgeable yet human physicians, to provide my care !!
