There was a long wait on hold. Fine, they could be short-staffed. A rude-sounding lady eventually…read morequestioned me on which doctor I wanted to see although I'm sure I asked about the time it takes to schedule with Dr. Robinson. Plus, this site only mentions Dr. Robinson. She asked if I had been there before. I said no. She asked for my name and D.O.B. I asked why she asked (since I had not been there before I knew she would not find me in their system). She said if I had been to see any doctor in the area they would not be able to see me. She also told me that the first appointment with him was telemedicine. What? So how is that going to help him see what is going on with me physically - like touching my stomach area? I am super disappointed after the wonderful reviews I read.

The prior doctor siddique thought it was funny that my hole in throat that whistled at night when I laid down He said " tape it " it will be music to my ears .. Thank God I found Dr Robinson who sent me to the Mayo Hospital In Florida, that's when I met Dr Bowers and they let me work out my own schedule and did tests back to back instead of running around like before to all kinds of doctors . Achalasia was healed but Dr Stephan Bowers forever grateful and when I got home he even supported me to tell the doctors to give me a test when they did not think throwing up blood and screaming the worst pain in my life just by drinking water was valid I got a GI tear and they wanted to send me home even after I showed them pictures of the blood of just one hospital tray but they said I wasn't Anemic from blood test enough ???????? What ? I have a tear ? I called Dr Bowers and he had the brains to tell them give her a endoscopic !! Then my other doctor on call demands who fixed me??? Then says " I can do it today but I want all the doctors eyes on you " Wow , even doctors came in to meet me or show me inventions As a woman in Fremont three one nice doctor out and said" she needs her rest" But he was a Happy Doctor wanting you help out patients in a whole different field . I've seen the Good , very good bed side manners And even doctors showing me how other radiologists have misdiagnosed my xrays That led to serious problems ahead in my life . God Bless you Dr Robinson My life hasn't always been smooth sailing

I'm so hyper-critical of anything that involves customer service, but in particular when it comes…read moreto patient care! Those of you that know me will understand that. I was absolutely astounded by the excellent care of this ambulatory surgery center. It is only a few miles from my home -no more having to travel into Austin or even Round Rock! I received a call from them a few days prior and they left a detailed message requesting I return the call if I had any questions whatsoever about the prep or my procedures themselves. I did not have to call them back as I did not have any questions since my gastroenterologist gave me an abundance of written directions, both in paper, and on My Chart . CPSC continued to offer me support by sending me reminders where I could reply with an automated alpha reply -so they would know that I had received the information and was confirming that I understood it . Sometimes I feel like this is over done but in this situation because my physician has her own unique processes I really appreciated the support The day of the procedure, I actually arrived a few minutes before my scheduled arrival time. Although I had completed a small novel of paperwork for them online, including a history and physical, there were still some other paperwork that had to be signed. Basically a Surgery consent form, and then the HIPAA forms . I immediately noticed that they had done away with the paper affiliated with these required signatures! They actually had sealed the forms in clear plastic, and then gave me a marker style pen to do the initialing, the signing, and the dating. That way they could just scan in the information and erase it so that when the next patient came along, they could use the same form. Ingenious.!! in fact, anyone concerned with saving the environment and paper i.e.; trees should consider this for any volume of paperwork. Healthcare is not the only area they could benefit from this! All this before I even went back into the patient care area! I was called back a few minutes beyond my scheduled time by a very kind and efficient RN, who requested I do the things necessary to prepare myself. She then started an IV & all the while we chatted, which made me very comfortable. She went out to reception and got the hubby so that he could sit with me waiting on the actual time to go into the Surgery Suite. After he was seated, she proceeded to review the process so that he would know from beginning to end what to expect, and I would as well....after she left my cubicle, I realized that I was pretty nauseous so we asked if I could have something for that& within two minutes, she was back in with me giving me anti-nausea medicine through my IV. It absolutely helped. I have never had such a speedy service when asking for a medication in an inpatient or outpatient environment. Usually there are so many hoops that people have to jump through but Cedar Park Surgical Center has their ducks in a row for sure. Over the next few minutes, I was visited by the Anesthesiologist, the Certified Registered Nurse, Anesthetist, the RN that would be with me in surgery and Dr Nandy. I'm not going to bore you with all the details but, again, some thing I felt was above and beyond --the nurse and the nurse anesthetist stood on either side of me, reassuring me that everything would be fine that everything would go OK, and that they would take good care of me while I went to sleep. I've heard of these techniques because they really do make a difference for the patient encouraging a positive experience. When I woke up an hour later, I was in recovery and the recovery room, nurse introduced herself to me and immediately offered to elevate my head and get me something to drink. I really appreciated this as I was determined to get alert enough to go home as soon as possible. About 30 minutes later, Carmen came in with some paperwork, and explained what the doctor had written related to my procedures, then she offered to assist me in getting dressed, which I would be doing while in my bed, to decrease the risk of falling. When I felt ready, she had me dangle my legs to ensure my steadiness and had a wheelchair locked and ready for me to sit in and be wheeled outside. Hubby had the car waiting in the patient pick up area as pre-instructed. THIS WAS MY MOST-INCREDIBLY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE IN AN OUTPT OR INPT SETTING THAT I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the facility along with the team and I hope if I ever have to have something in the future that I can go back there, they treat their patients like GOLD!

Used to go to Northwest Diagnostic for 30 years, but now I will be looking for another office. A…read morecouple appointments ago I was overcharged and when I asked why they said it was a level two. Should've been a level one because I went for a sinus infection. Because the doctor asked me a question about my anxiety the office visit became a level two. Since when can you not chat a little bit with your doctor about other issues if you've been a patient for 30 years. Now they treat you like a cash cow and up charge you. And then the latest visit I was sent for an ex ray and no one has the decency to call back with the results. I did get a notice that my results were available online. I guess I'm old school and I do expect a phone call. The x-ray wound up costing me $275 because they sent me to an out of network x-ray lab, even though when I was there, they said I was in network. This office is causing me to losing faith in the medical community and questioning their transparency.

Do not go here. Period. I just got jerked around with scheduling a physical for my husband, so…read moresomething that should have been simple. We've been going here for primary care for more than a decade, and to be disrespected in this way is absurd. First, they said my husband hadn't been seen recently enough, so he would be considered a new patient. I really don't think that's accurate as he's been there within the last two years for ear infections. Whatever though, fine, gave them all the information again, as they would not just take it from my record as I am a "current" patient. Got the appointment, days go by, and then we get a voice mail today saying the appointment has been canceled. Ok...Called to find out why that would be. Apparently, they scheduled him with a PA that isn't taking "new patients." You'd think they'd have known that at the time I made the appointment originally since they basically assigned him to that PA themselves, but again, whatever I just needed the appointment for him, so I politely asked when the next available appointment, with anyone that is taking "new" patients, would be. I was presented with three choices. 1.) A time that we could make work. 2.) A time he already has another Dr. appointment with a specialist that can't be rescheduled. Or 3.) One that was multiple weeks in the future. (The whole reason we needed this was a at the behest of that other specialist doctor he's already seeing, and it needed to be within two weeks, before his next appointment with them was occurring.) I took the day that would work for us of course, and in the time it took me to say the words "we'll take the 11:15 please" I was then told that slot had already been taken by someone else. Are you kidding me?!? This sounded like compete BS to me, and I was already very stressed out at this point. The other appointments were of course non-starters, so I'm done with this place. They were rude, inconsiderate, and unhelpful. The trifecta of "DO NOT GO HERE." So, if you want to get appointments pulled from you at last minute (canceled Friday, for a Monday appt), and then not helped to rectify that in any way, this is your place. If you don't want to get jerked around, I would implore you to find somewhere else.
