Used to go to Northwest Diagnostic for 30 years, but now I will be looking for another office. A couple appointments ago I was overcharged and when I asked why they said it was a level two. Should've been a level one because I went for a sinus infection. Because the doctor asked me a question about my anxiety the office visit became a level two. Since when can you not chat a little bit with your doctor about other issues if you've been a patient for 30 years. Now they treat you like a cash cow and up charge you. And then the latest visit I was sent for an ex ray and no one has the decency to call back with the results. I did get a notice that my results were available online. I guess I'm old school and I do expect a phone call. The x-ray wound up costing me $275 because they sent me to an out of network x-ray lab, even though when I was there, they said I was in network. This office is causing me to losing faith in the medical community and questioning their transparency. read more

Do not go here. Period. I just got jerked around with scheduling a physical for my husband, so something that should have been simple. We've been going here for primary care for more than a decade, and to be disrespected in this way is absurd. First, they said my husband hadn't been seen recently enough, so he would be considered a new patient. I really don't think that's accurate as he's been there within the last two years for ear infections. Whatever though, fine, gave them all the information again, as they would not just take it from my record as I am a "current" patient. Got the appointment, days go by, and then we get a voice mail today saying the appointment has been canceled. Ok...Called to find out why that would be. Apparently, they scheduled him with a PA that isn't taking "new patients." You'd think they'd have known that at the time I made the appointment originally since they basically assigned him to that PA themselves, but again, whatever I just needed the appointment for him, so I politely asked when the next available appointment, with anyone that is taking "new" patients, would be. I was presented with three choices. 1.) A time that we could make work. 2.) A time he already has another Dr. appointment with a specialist that can't be rescheduled. Or 3.) One that was multiple weeks in the future. (The whole reason we needed this was a at the behest of that other specialist doctor he's already seeing, and it needed to be within two weeks, before his next appointment with them was occurring.) I took the day that would work for us of course, and in the time it took me to say the words "we'll take the 11:15 please" I was then told that slot had already been taken by someone else. Are you kidding me?!? This sounded like compete BS to me, and I was already very stressed out at this point. The other appointments were of course non-starters, so I'm done with this place. They were rude, inconsiderate, and unhelpful. The trifecta of "DO NOT GO HERE." So, if you want to get appointments pulled from you at last minute (canceled Friday, for a Monday appt), and then not helped to rectify that in any way, this is your place. If you don't want to get jerked around, I would implore you to find somewhere else. read more

Since this practice has been dissolved with the retirement of Dr Bogdanovich as a long standing patient I was given no council that my Dr was retiring. So with all the good that was done and as much as I liked Dr Bogdanovich this was unacceptable and unprofessional. read more

I hate this time of year because this is when all of my medical visits pile up and it seems like every other day I'm going to a different doctor. This time I was headed to get a bone density test. It was located in the family imaging center so I had been there before. I walked in up to the front desk. Of course I then sat there for 10 minutes filling out 387 different pages of medical forms. OK I'm exaggerating, but only by a little bit. Since this is part of my annual check up, I was grateful that it was no charge. My appointment was for 10:15 and they came and got me exactly at 10:15. Then the walk through the mazes of hallways until I got to my room. It was climb up on top of the table and lay their flat while they take some moving x-rays. The x-rays only took about 15 minutes. Off the table and out the door I went. The people there are extremely friendly and they've gotten to know me, so I get personal hellos. If you have to go and get some procedures done, this is one of the few places that is comfortable to go to and they treat you well. read more

Terrible customer service had an appointment for Monday the sixth at 2:15 got called. They canceled it. I called back up. They remade the appointment for 215. Get a text message saying it's at 3 called back they changed it back to 215. Got a text message to confirm my appointment. I confirmed it get a phone call, appointment has been canceled. Anytime you try to call him. You gotta call 6or 7 times and hopefully they'll pick up because if they don't, they don't return phone calls. read more

I had my first appt with Stephen Bodi PA-C today, I had no issues at all with any of the staff. Everyone was nice and friendly. Great place!

Don't come here if you are a 50 something woman who needs to be treated as such. If you aren't 18- 49, you are treated like you do not matter and aren't given the treatment you need. My provider is more concerned with checking a box for the insurance company than treating me like a person. read more

Canceled him as my primary, if that doesn't work I'm going to another DR. office all together good luck people. Seems like he has a real stick up his ass. I've never been a patient here, but my husband has for years. Personally, I don't think his doctor, Dr. Bogdonavich, goes very in depth on his issues or try to get to the root cause of it. He just throws meds at everything. Upon his last interaction with his doc through the portal, a bit of attitude was given... "if you read the description, it says..." yes, we read the description (which was all medical jargon), and no we don't understand medical jargon so not sure what you were expecting when we asked for clarification. Also he tried to blame my husband's adrenaline issue on anxiety after doing one test when the result came back normal. Nah, we're gonna find him another doctor who explores the issues more in depth. read more

Awful service. Had a physical scheduled for months. Show up and they somehow didn't have my insurance figured by time I got there. Forced me to move my appointment on the spot. It would've cost me $27 to do that to them. Nothing happens on their end when they cost you two hours and a morning of fasting. read more

Not everything about this place was terrible. The reception staff was friendly and they are usually able to get you in for an appointment fairly quickly. I needed a quick appointment for some severe back pain that crept up on me, and was able to get an appointment the same day with a PA - Robert Toner. The wait times in the lobby were not terrible - about 20 minutes to be seen, note this was after I arrived with my patient forms already filled out and ready to go. The lobby is clean and the rooms are well organized. The important thing here, however, is the care that is given to patients and I feel like Robert Toner, PA and specifically his assistant, Carmen dropped the ball. I was previously diagnosed at an Urgent Care clinic with Sciatica two weekend's prior and prescribed a round of steroids. When those did not work, I asked around and was referred to Northwest Diagnostic Clinic. Robert Toner, the PA who I spoke with diagnosed me with the same thing and prescribed ANOTHER round, albeit stronger round, of steroids to try again. When, after 10 days, those were not even the least bit effective, I was sent off to physical therapy. Despite my concerns about physical therapy, which I loudly voiced and asked instead to be sent for an MRI (this is fairly important 2 months down the road), they insisted that I go to physical therapy and that they would not see me again until I tried it. I protested, stating that in the past for an unrelated injury, physical therapy was ineffective and before I gave it a shot, I wanted to know exactly what was wrong - they insisted and did not give me any other options. Carmen was very short on the phone and wanted nothing to do with me having concerns. She stated that Dr. Tillman, the physical Therapist would send me for an MRI once I got to his clinic. (I should have thought that through - of course she can't speak for another clinic - they, by the way, did not send me in for an MRI). After 6 weeks of physical therapy and negative results - WAY more pain than I started with - of course the PT stated that it would be worse before better, which I now know was BS, they were much too rough on my injury - I contacted my Dr. again and asked for some more pain medication to help me along (I already had gone through 3 rounds of pain killers at this time - which is how terrible I was feeling). They said they needed to see me before prescribing more. Well, I explained I was doing the things THEY asked me to do, yet the physical therapy was not working, they refused to prescribe another round of pain killers unless I came into the office for another exam. I specifically asked him if they planned to do anything - like send me for an MRI, they said no, they just needed to do another exam before prescribing more pain killers. I explained that I was doing everything they asked, but Carmen was short once again. I was not about to go in again to simply give them the fee for another exam, so I started my search for another Dr. immediately. Now, I am seeing a specialist, who's first priority (without me asking) was to send me in for an MRI to figure out exactly what is going on. He has proven that I was misdiagnosed before and we are on track to figure things out. If you are having back pain specifically, it is not worth your time to visit Northwest Diagnostic - I felt like I was put to the side because they could not treat me in-house and gather $$ from me as a client. I was referred to Northwest Diagnostic Clinic back in 2007 from a very good friend. Up until 2013, I usually saw Dr. Bog, who by the way was by far the best MD I have had the pleasure of meeting. He is attentive, listens to what you are saying and informative. In December of 2013, I was feeling very poorly. Dr. Bog was booked when I called (LAST MINUTE) for an appointment. I was able to get in to see Robert Toner, PA-C. What an amazing PA. Without going into details we had to do a lot of lab work to narrow down what was going on. His concern and that of Carmen, his outstanding assistant, for my well being was genuine!!! I know this as I am in Sales and can tell when someone is blowing smoke up my butt. To be perfectly honest, I was pretty scared and usually use humor to mask my concern. Well after 2 visits and multiple blood tests I was diagnosed. Treatment was started as soon as possible but now, I knew this was going to happen, there can be complications. Nothing, was sugar coated when I talked to both Robert and Carmen. It was also discussed in terms that I could understand. This month, June 2014, I developed SHINGLES!!! Yes, I am not happy and the pain is almost manageable. Carmen and Robert, know my concerns for taking medications and especially Pain Meds. I don't like them. They have, in my opinion, invested a lot of their time and compassion to making me feel better, well respected and like a family friend. I am not shy when talking to them about concerns, how I am feeling, emotionally or physically, what's going on in my life. This gives them the ability to help me in a better, well rounded way. They just don't treat the symptoms but the patient as a whole!!! You can't ask for better care. Carmen and Robert, thank you so much for all that you do. Thank you for the care and compassion and the way I feel when I leave there. A note for new patients, don't go in with an attitude, they know you are not feeling well and they will do all they can to help. These professionals are not stupid, none of them. Stay positive, upbeat and don't hide anything from your Primary Care Provider. They can only do so much if you are not willing to share everything with them. read more

Let me just say.. I have been coming here since i was a baby. Im 20 years old now and still coming here. I saw Dr. Bogdonovich from baby-hood until i was 17 and then i wanted a female doctor so i switched to Dr. Key. She is AMAZING, simply put. I have seen almost all the doctors there at least once for different reasons but Dr. Key is my go-to gal! I love the whole staff. They all basically know me, some more than others! They are amazing. Dr B has been my provider for about 15 years. He is a great listener and treats me well. My only complaint is that whenever I have an appointment lately, I typically wait in the waiting room for approx 20-25 minutes before they see me. Then I wait another 10 minutes in the actual room. I have been a patient at this clinic for about ten years now. I was originally referred by a friend and have been using them ever since. This place is as good as it gets in my books. The staff from the reception desk on are courteous, professional and attentive to all my needs and the follow up is outstanding. When I go to Northwest I am cared for by Dr. Bogdonovitch's P.A. Steve Bodi. Always professional and he never makes me feel like I am just another patient to be seen. I have never felt rushed like I have with many other physicians in the past. No matter what ailment I present he has been knowledgeable on the subject. In 2012 I had a heart attack and the helpfulness, knowledge and professionalism was as good as I can imagine it could be anywhere. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Bogdonovitch's PA Steve Bodi to anyone seeking a new physician. read more

I followed Dr Eady here from her old practice. I really like her calm manner. She is good with my kids and they like going in to see her. She has been okay with the delayed vaccination schedule I have. Though we have had conversations about it she has never been anything but respectful of my decision. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Bodi on this visit. He had a very different personality but was also great. I liked that he addressed my 10 year old son directly. I like this practice. The front desk is nice and I've never had any problems with them and insurance. The schedulers do their best to get me in even if it is short notice. read more

Dr EAdy, has been my primary care physician for over 5 years. Today I made a same-day appointment for possible bronchitis and pinkeye. I provided my new insurance card over the phone while setting up my appointment at 9:30 am. My appointment was scheduled for 4 o'clock which is over an hour away from my house. No one from the office took the time to call me ahead of the appointment to notify me of any concerns. When I got to the appointment the receptionists denied my appointment without any alternatives because my primary physician on my insurance card was listed as somebody else. I just can't get over the fact that people are so caught up with paperwork and money that they dismiss and completely ignore the health issue that a patient is going through. I will be researching another clinic to attend for the future. If anyone has any Recommendations on clinics that actually care about the health of their patients, I'd love to hear them. read more

I would not recommend seeing Danielle, a P.A. at this practice. I saw her for quite a while and she neglected or missed several serious problems. I eventually took myself to an endocrinologist (which she never recommended but should have) who validated my concerns and diagnosed me correctly. read more

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Christine Eady since 2007 when she had her own practice off of RR620. She teamed up with Northwest Diagnostic Clinic in Cedar Park a few years ago, and I really enjoy having our fantastic doctor so close to home. She is a great listener, very intelligent, and always helps us find a cure! My husband has seen a few of the other doctors on Saturday when they rotate shifts. He has enjoyed meeting the other providers and thinks they are a great team. I find it is rather easy to schedule a timely appointment, wait-time to see the doctor is reasonably short, and they have a friendly nursing and front-office staff. I am very happy we found Dr. Eady and the team at Northwest Diagnostic. read more

I hate going to the doctor. I know it sounds so cliche, but I'd rather fix myself up at home than go and fill out paperwork, sit in the waiting room forever, sit in the exam room forever, and then have a doctor tell me what I already know. Well after two days of my husband begging me to see a doctor for what looked like a nasty, infected bug bite on my arm, I finally gave in and made an appointment with Dr. Stephen S. Bodi, P.A. It was a last-minute, out-of-town appointment since we were visiting family in the area, and I really do appreciate them easily making an appointment for me an hour after I had called. The woman on the phone seemed annoyed that I was trying to set up a last minute new patient appointment. So I thought this was a bug bite on my arm. I had three separate sores on my left elbow. One was healed, but had left a scar. The second was completely swollen, red, hot to the touch, and had a yellow crusty scab covering the entire thing. The third was just starting to pop up, but it was equally as disgusting. I guessed it was an insect bite because I had never seen anything like it before and just thought it had become infected. Dr. Bodi looked at it from his spot by the computer, never came close to examine or even touch or anything up close to it. Told me it was a bug bite, that it would go away, and then proceeded to prescribe me steroids for some reason. What? I left, still in pain, and not completely sure that I should trust his judgement. I mean seriously. He wasn't even looking at my arm. Now, four days later my arm is completely broken out in a staph infection, starting at the exact spot I wanted Dr. Bodi to examine. I'm in pain, it's an open, oozing sore, and another sore has started to pop up. I will be seeing another doctor and getting the proper antibiotics before any more permanent damage is done. Let me start by saying that I have been seen for almost 8 years exclusively at this clinic, and the last two of them have been disturbingly bad. I started seeing Dr. Bogdanovich and he was always the most friendly and knowledgeable GP I've ever had. It has been nearly three years since I have seen Dr. Bog since he's either out of the office, busy, or on vacation. Since then I have bounced between Toner, Bodi, and Eady. My last four visits (all of them since September 2015) have been with Toner. In September I became quite ill with what I thought might be the flu, high fever and aches all over. I saw Toner who insisted that my blood work showed I didn't have the flu, and he sent me home with bedrest and Day/Nyquil as his only prescription - no antibiotics whatsoever. By the third day of this 'treatment' I was hospitalized with pneumonia as a result of untreated flu. This put me back an additional 5 days to my already bedridden 3, and during midterms at school no less. By October, I felt a little better and went back to ask about getting a flu shot. Toner said all was fine and that it couldn't hurt. Within the week I had something in the neighborhood of IBS and my constipation led to bleeding and mucus in the stool. I returned to the clinic and once again, Toner believed I could go without any serious medication, and recommended that if it kept up, I should see a gastroenterologist. This ordeal finally cleared up in late December. I swore I would not return to that clinic to see Toner again - but along came February and fluid in my ears that would not go away. Having had plenty of ear infections as a kid (one of them requiring surgery for inner ear reconstruction) I knew this should be a simple sterilizer and cleanout. I arrived 10 minutes early to my 1:30 appointment (the first one available after the physicians get back from their lunch break) and was seated shortly. At 1:35 I was called from the waiting room and shown to a room to have my vitals checked. I did not see Toner until 1:55. I sat alone in the room for nearly 20 minutes. He concluded that I had a blockage and explained that he would have the nurse come back in and see me for an ear wash. Maybe 5 minutes later, the nurse arrived with a kit to clean my ear and seemed confused about what to do with it. I had to explain that the water needed to be hot and that I was not comfortable with her trying to use a suction bulb, that it needed to be an injection sprayer (this would have been my fourth time in as many years having an ear wash done). The next 10 minutes were embarrassing and painful as she tried to delicately wash the ear by spraying my outer ear with the nozzle resulting in almost no water ever even entering the canal. She called for a more technical nurse who explained that she needed to use dissolving drops first, and that I should lay on my side for 2-3 minutes before trying again. The veteran nurse left the room and my struggling nurse administered the drops and said she would be back in 10 minutes. 35 minutes go by without another nurse checking on me. She returned at just before 3:00pm explaining that she "got busy with...stuff." During this time, I had to rinse my ear of the dissolving drops as leaving them in too long isn't healthy for the ear. Before she did return, I contemplated leaving early- wondering if a nurse was EVER going to return. TL:DR - my last few appointments have been unnervingly long, seemingly without reason. An ear was appointment should be 45 minutes at the most, even with complications. But they managed to take nearly 2 hours of my afternoon with the ultimatum that "we've done about all we can do and if it still bothers you, come back." I am INCREDIBLY disappointed at the horrible performance by the staff, the unprofessionalism, and the complete disregard of an actual medical solution to my issues. My patience and loyalty have been broken and I will not be returning to this clinic for my health needs in the future. read more

I love the doctors here!!! They have truly helped my husband after seeing numerous drs and them not knowing what the problem is Dr. Bodi would stop at nothing to find out what the problem was. It was nice having a dr that really cares about his patient and really wants to help. My whole family including me goes to them and the great part is they will see you on Saturday too!!!! read more

I WANT to give more stars, because for the past 15 years this office has been wonderful! My husband and I have seen both Doctor Eady and Danielle Key and have been very happy....up until now. For 3 weeks my husband has been trying to get a response from this office regarding a prescription our insurance denied without prior authorization. TWICE our insurance has submitted a PA form to the office without a response, our pharmacy has also not gotten a response. My husband has called multiple times a week leaving messages every few days for 3 weeks with NO RESPONSE from ANYONE at the doctors office. The one time he did talk to someone was when he pretended he needed to book an appointment to get to the front desk and an actual person and was told "they are working on it"....that was 2 weeks ago. For 3 weeks he has had worsening symptoms which may be from a infection that aren't being treated. Idk where the attention and care went off the rails here, but not responding and leaving a patient with worsening stomach symptoms for 3 weeks when all they want is an antibiotic approval or a gastroenterologist referral is completely unacceptable! read more

As a new patient, I was a bit nervous about finding a new doctor's office, but needed to do my annual physical exam. I met with Mr. Bodi (PA) and a nurse whose name I wish I could remember. During the physical exam I had blood drawn and was very sick (happens to me every time) but both of them were extremely patient and compassionate about the whole thing. They were very friendly and open about every question I had and I look forward to becoming a regular patient! read more

The doctor is okay but the billing staff is incompetent. They are unable to fix their records even though I have explained the problem to several employees and even arranged a 3-way phone conference with the insurance company to explain everything to them. The staff keeps telling me to leave voicemails for person x who never calls back and never adjusts the records. They have been accidentally paid twice by the insurance company for the same services and now they are trying to extract payment from me for the same services. So sad to see that a medical office can be so incompetent. read more

If I had always kept my visits with Danielle Key, this would be a 5-star rating. She is very kind, intelligent, and truly listens to and helps patients. Unfortunately there is an older doctor there that I've seen twice who really doesn't seem to know what he's doing. Not sure how other doctors are as I've not seen them. Facilities are clean and convenient. Prices are the norm, if not a bit less, in comparison to surrounding offices. read more

I so appreciate Northwest Diagnostic Clinic and use them for my primary caretaker. Whenever I call, I am immediately worked in for an illness or concern with my health. Their staff is very caring and accomodating and professional and ready to assist me with ALL of my medical needs, from diagnosis, to prognosis, while I am there to the closest pharmacy where I am covered. Steve Bodi is very experienced, efficient and skillful and I always feel confident and reassured in his care. I will never go anywhere else! read more

While my entire family absolutely thinks that we get great treatment from Dr. Bodi, I feel that the treatment and response we receive from the medical billing department at Northwest Diagnostics absolutely warrants the worst rating possible. After almost two years of trying to resolve a billing issue with center, I was just notified that our account is being turned over to collections. I have called and left many messages, spoke with the person in billing (when she occasionally returns or answers my phone calls) to no avail. My husband went in for his normal physical and received a bill for $267 fifteen mos later. We were covered by insurance and had the medical billing staff at Northwest Diagnostics billed the insurance in time, the bill would have been paid on time and in full. After numerous attempts with our insurance to have a three way call to resolve the issue, our insurance gave up. They only wanted proof that the claim was submitted in a timely manner. I had one last call with the billing person about a year ago and asked her to submit proof-which she assured me that they have. I assumed the matter was closed. Today, I was notified that the bill will be sent to collections and the patient doctor relationship with our entire family will be terminated. Of course, I have called and left a message and heard nothing back. This practice would be a great one if they could hire a competent billing department. Until then, I would recommend a different doctor. Cedar Park has many great physicians that surround themselves with competent staff-unfortunately Northwest Diagnostics Clinic chooses to take a different route. read more

It is so hard to find good doctors. My husband went to the ER at the begging of March for a swollen obviously infected foot, he was prescribed antibiotics and sent on his way. It seemed to have cleared up, however, just 2 months pass by and same infection reappears. I spent hours online looking up healthgrades for a pcp under our insurance, find the northwest diagnostics clinic and decided to give it a try. He gets seen by Dr. Reinhart and no request for xrays or mri just given antibiotics yet again and sent on his way. This is so frustrating. There is something obviously causing this infection and antibitics are not correcting the underlining problem. read more

After 15 years of being with Dr. Bogdanovich, I finally received the "final straw" of annoyment on the last visit. The level of care at this clinic has deteriorated over the last 3-4 years, as Dr. Bog is there less and his other associates are seeing more of his patients. Overall, my experience with his PAs, nurse, and other doctors there have been mostly negative. Rude and irresponsible treatment, then finally a billing dispute that was never resolved. That was the impetus to leave this practice for a new doctor. You know, when you're not feeling well in the first place, the last thing you need is rude attitude and (especially) wrong diagnosis, or having to fight about a small billing error that they made. The billing staff and nurse were all too happy to let a long term patient go over a piddly amount of money. For me, it was just the final straw and was happy to finally leave this practice behind. This used to be a fine practice and was happy with Doc. Bog. and his staff. No more. read more

I was using Dr. Fridley for years, however I missed one appointment. I understand that every office has there policy'. However, they didn't care at ALL what happen. They just wanted there $50.00 no show. I didn't have a problem about paying but I did have a problem on how very unprofessional there Billing dept. was. We have been going here for 10 years, was seeing Wilson who we adored. When he left we were wary of who would replace him, then came Bob Toner. We were so very pleased with Wilson so we were not sure of this new person that we would be sharing our health concerns with. Well we knew in less then 5 minutes that Bob was the perfect PA for us and our family! He listens, he explains and he cares. We had some major healh scares that went on for months, he made sure we were okay and followed us as surgery after surgery consummed our lives for 6 months, he not only showed concern for the patient but our whole family. When I the wife was upside down and not understanding what the many surgeons were telling me, he listened to me vent and explained in his calm matter what was going on. Bob Toner is a man of integrity, compassion and a great PA, you are not a number with him you are a person. We are incredibly thankful to him for being there for our family. I totally agree about how amazing Robert Toner and the previous PA, Wilson Cochrane. Robert is the most caring, professional PA I have ever been to. He personally calls you with test results instead of getting a "results are normal" call from a nurse. He takes the time to explain treatment options. If you really care for your health and want a Clinic that is interested in helping you understand and care for your health, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. The Doctor was somewhat OK. But the staff needs to learn to do a lot better. I called in to get the results of my tests done over a month and a half ago (they didn't call me first to give me my results), and the nurse acted as if I was taking too much of her valuable time. I simply wanted to get the numbers of my tests. I am not one of those fussy anal people who wants to know everything (I can do a lot of the research myself). I simply wanted to get the numbers which I think is very reasonable. She just wanted to give 2 of the numbers and was trying to tell me that the Doctor said you should just improve your diet, and acted as if I didn't need to know anything else. As I was asking her to give me the other numbers, she starts getting impatient and annoyed as if I was asking for something unreasonable... Hello... this is my health... I need to know the numbers of my tests. I guess this place would be ok if you just want a Doctor to tell you that you're OK or just prescribe you meds and not discuss anything. But if you care for your health and want to be in control of your health and need a Clinic that helps you stay in good shape THIS IS NOT THE PLACE! read more
