I learn that a lot of what other trim trimmers I've used before was incorrect. Langston really cares about the trees and gave me information on other shrubs I am trimming myself. My oak took quite a hit in the last ice storm and had lost its shape. Not only did they trim the branches that hung over my roof but they also got it back on track to looking majestic again. The trees were cut down to ground level, removed quite quickly and the grounds around them was raked clean of all leaves and debris.
