I took it out on a washer dryer combination and when i asked about the protection plan I was told - Just make one phone call and someone will be out straight away to repair the item if they cannot then they will completely replace the machine for me know questions asked! This could not be further from the truth as its been weeks now and I still have not had anyone come out to even look at the machine! Apparently I now have to find a local repair company myself, pay for the repair myself and submit the bill to them for reimbursement I hope. They even asked me if I would like my returned payment to be in the form of a home depot gift card!!! Unbelievable!!

The representatives were completely unhelpful when it came to finding the part I needed. Worse yet, they were extremely rude and went as far as to humiliate me in front of other customers. Store just off Leslie, but must drive in coming south on Leslie as there's a one way boulevard separator. I googled them for general info and noticed some really bad Google reviews which was very off putting, and at first deterred me from coming here. So I came here to browse as they had a great sale on Riobel products, which is hard to find since they only sell to bath boutique stores that have longevity presence. I've been here 3 times this week (january 2018 Snowmageddon) and this store despite the snow dump and freezing snow-rain has customers constantly coming in and out. They seem to have at least three sales staff that are always here, and they all acknowledge you and ask if you need help. Kal(Khaled) was the guy that helped me and was really nice without any pressure. He understood I needed some items today or fast and helped to call for expedited delivery. Then I returned a few days later to return a tap because my plumber needed another style set up, and he remembered me and offered to exchange to another item, as the refund policy is strict here. They have a house brand called Royal, which syle looks like another premier brand but for way less, and it feels really solid, full of metal not plastic parts like you get at a big box store. Lots of high end bathroom plumbing parts, free standing, bath tubs, toilets, bowl sinks and vanities on sale over the winter. My work colleague did warn me, she also bought from them at this sale, and a small piece was missing from her shower set in the sealed box. When she asked for them to help they referred her to the company(Grohe in this example) as they are the ones who packed the boxes and can send the replacement/missing pieces and not this store. I can see why this would upset customers, but Home Depot would do the same. So far so good, happy with my purchases on plumbing hardware.

Don`t let the elegant appearance fool you, the quality of kitchen faucets is poor. Stick to the flooring, and anything that has no moving parts. I bought a Como brand kitchen faucet and paid $150.00 for it, thinking it would be good quality. Looks are deceiving, and the price led me to believe that I was buying a good quality faucet but I was wrong. It was easy to install, it looks beautiful, but you only have 2 choices of water temperature.... scalding hot or freezing cold. There is no way to moderate the water temperature. It`s almost impossible to get a balanced warm temperature. I am either scalding my hands, or freezing them. The faucet is complete garbage, and now I have to buy a new faucet because I didn`t return it, so that`s on me. However, I thought I would get used to the horrible temperature settings after a few weeks, but alas, I was incorrect in my assumption. I will now go to Home Depot and get a Kohler or Moen.
