In total, we have purchased 6 fixtures and couldn't be more pleased with them and the service we received from the staff. First we bought a fixture for our kitchen that didn't work well in the space. The shoppe was more than willing to take take it back even though it was opened and they worked with us to find a better piece. The next time we were there we bought s few more fixtures, including a large one fir our dinning room. After a few weeks we noticed that the organza on the shade was pealing off. I was a bit irritated by this but when I called to complain the staff were amazing and ordered me two more! Not only this, they trusted me enough that I didn't even have to bring in the original shade. I've never seen this type of service. I was very impressed, now I refer everyone there :)

They wrote out the type of bulbs to get but unfortunately these bulbs are virtually impossible to get. After numerous trips to try to find them we called the store yet again to tell them we were returning them. They were less than helpful, rude and promised they would look into it and get back to us but of course didn't. We were also informed that they do not accept returns and that it wasn't their problem..."they aren't in the light bulb business", imagine that...a light fixture store that isn't in the light bulb business! As a result, Deco Rest provided me with an RMA number and told me to bring the sofa to the factory -- and they would fix it for free. I was honestly impressed. Zilli went above and beyond to help me, even though I wasn't a paying customer. Because of this outstanding service, my next sofa purchase will definitely be with Zilli. Great service -- thank you!
