I asked " do you speak to all customers like this?". she responded "no". I asked "then why are you speaking to me like this". I then said I wanted to deal with someone else. I called head office to complain and not a sole called me back. Terrible service. I have made several purchases from here and spent a ton of money to be treated like garbage.

The store is SO big, probably 4-6 times the size of an average Winners. Once you walk in the door, you'll be overwhelmed by how much stuff there is, yet its so clean and organized at the same time. Divided into several sections (home decor, kitchenware, bathroom, bed linens), they even have a really good selection of furnitures. You'll also find a small clearance section as well. Most items are rather affordable (still cheaper than department store prices) and the selection is great! I frequently come here to buy small nick nacks for my food photography and every time, I don't leave empty handed. Customer service is a 5 star, especially the cashiers, they are fast and efficient.

I recently needed to pick up some new kitchen lighting. I did some searching online and found that…read moreSupreme Lighting was a supplier of the brand i was looking for. I have passed the store a few dozen times cutting through Laidlaw to get to Highway 7, but never had the chance to or needed to stop in. As soon as you walk in the showroom they have their counter space and desks to the left, so there is usually someone to greet you once you walk in. It didn't take more than 15 seconds for someone to approach me & ask if i needed any help. They didn't try to up-sell me on anything more expensive than what i was looking for. Answered all of our questions and really knew all of the products really well. Their showroom is very inviting with all the different styles of contemporary, modern, classic lighting options. Lots of lighting for indoor & outdoor plus they sell various shapes & sizes of energy saver bulbs. They didn't have style i was looking for, but it only took a couple of minutes to locate it in the catalogue and order it. The pricing was fantastic and beat everything i found online and at other lighting stores in Toronto. I went in to buy 1 kitchen light and ended up buying 2 because the price was so great - we got a deal on pricing for purchasing more than 1 product. Plus i wanted the 2 fixtures in the kitchen to match, so it worked out great. We placed an order on a Saturday and by Wednesday of the following week our lights were in! If you don't have an electrician, they have a 3rd party they can refer you to (doesn't work for Supreme LIghting) than can quote you based on the product and time it will take. Now it's time for some new outdoor lighting and i'm looking forward to going back to the showroom!

The showroom is a good size. There are lights for every room in a house, including hallways. There are many styles, mostly classic mainstream, contemporary and some latest LED lights. There is a separate room for chandeliers. The design of the various lights are quite nice. What I like is that the 2 salespeople I talked are knowledgeable about the built quality, the materials used and the history and reputation of the manufacturers of the few lighting fixtures I inquired. The pricing is higher than the usual Home Depot or Canadian Tire stocks, but that is to be expected. It seems to be cheaper than Union Lighting to me. There are some items on sale. Those items are priced very competitively.

Don`t let the elegant appearance fool you, the quality of kitchen faucets is poor. Stick to the flooring, and anything that has no moving parts. I bought a Como brand kitchen faucet and paid $150.00 for it, thinking it would be good quality. Looks are deceiving, and the price led me to believe that I was buying a good quality faucet but I was wrong. It was easy to install, it looks beautiful, but you only have 2 choices of water temperature.... scalding hot or freezing cold. There is no way to moderate the water temperature. It`s almost impossible to get a balanced warm temperature. I am either scalding my hands, or freezing them. The faucet is complete garbage, and now I have to buy a new faucet because I didn`t return it, so that`s on me. However, I thought I would get used to the horrible temperature settings after a few weeks, but alas, I was incorrect in my assumption. I will now go to Home Depot and get a Kohler or Moen.

Store just off Leslie, but must drive in coming south on Leslie as there's a one way boulevard separator. I googled them for general info and noticed some really bad Google reviews which was very off putting, and at first deterred me from coming here. So I came here to browse as they had a great sale on Riobel products, which is hard to find since they only sell to bath boutique stores that have longevity presence. I've been here 3 times this week (january 2018 Snowmageddon) and this store despite the snow dump and freezing snow-rain has customers constantly coming in and out. They seem to have at least three sales staff that are always here, and they all acknowledge you and ask if you need help. Kal(Khaled) was the guy that helped me and was really nice without any pressure. He understood I needed some items today or fast and helped to call for expedited delivery. Then I returned a few days later to return a tap because my plumber needed another style set up, and he remembered me and offered to exchange to another item, as the refund policy is strict here. They have a house brand called Royal, which syle looks like another premier brand but for way less, and it feels really solid, full of metal not plastic parts like you get at a big box store. Lots of high end bathroom plumbing parts, free standing, bath tubs, toilets, bowl sinks and vanities on sale over the winter. My work colleague did warn me, she also bought from them at this sale, and a small piece was missing from her shower set in the sealed box. When she asked for them to help they referred her to the company(Grohe in this example) as they are the ones who packed the boxes and can send the replacement/missing pieces and not this store. I can see why this would upset customers, but Home Depot would do the same. So far so good, happy with my purchases on plumbing hardware.
