First off, there wasn't much selection for women, and a lot of their merchandise are for guys. Last year, I was able to find a $10 warm hoodie, but now, the cheapest one I could find was $40 and I got the last piece with my right size. My fiance was able to purchase many hoodies, and there was a lot in stock - for guys. This time though, I was impressed by the abundance of Timberland shoes, I was able to purchase a couple of men's boots for my fiance with a good price. I checked my receipt and the calculated average of savings I get is 50%. I would recommend still checking this place out, as this is a big warehouse sale, and they have a lot of different types of clothing to shop for. They have hoodies, sweaters, t-shirts, work-out clothes, work pants, winter boots, safety shoes, winter jackets, golf apparels, even beauty products and jewelery! But my contractor could not install it due to some unforeseen circumstances. When we opened the boxes months later we noticed that the refrigerator was missing. I did not expect anything from the company since it was my fault most probably that I did not check the shipment correctly or the refrigerator was stolen or something else. I still contacted with the company just to ask them if they could check if they sent the item. They checked and confirmed that it was sent. But surprisingly they sent me a replacement free of charge as a compliment. The customer service by BHARATI was very timely, effective, courteous and responsive. She called me and sent emails enough times about this ticket and for other purchases I placed later and a couple delivery problems. I don't know about the products' quality or durability as they are still not installed but I am very confident if I have further problems the company will stand by their products. Not a good place to get a picture framed. Then when it came back to me it was framed wrong not showing the name of the artist, I called them and they said I had to call the framer, I spoke to the framer that said he was told to leave the artist name under the frame by the person I spoke to. When I called the store again they just told me it was too bad, no one wrote down what we talked about and that there was nothing they would do about it. I would not recommend them to anyone and if you do go there be sure to protect yourself and get written and signed copies of your instructions, don't trust that they will stand behind their work.

They have a lot of stuff from furniture to clothing to toys to appliances to fitness equipment. Most of the bigger items look like they are opens boxed and used. And their price aren't attractive at all. Some furniture like night stands and cabinets are expensive, but has dents and scratches. You are better off going to home sense, The clothings are new but they are only a few dollars cheaper than the Costco price tags. I even saw a "new" vacuum cleaner that has dust in the canister.
