My wife and I go to this pizza place quite often. We always get great fast and friendly service. The pizza is always delicious and their breadsticks are awesome. I've got no complaints. Ordered the chicken Alfredo and a pizza. Unfortunately, the Alfredo was a major disappointment. I'm pretty confident the sauce was canned, with no added seasoning, it honestly tasted like plain milk over noodles. The chicken didn't help either: just four small pieces, also completely unseasoned. For $17, I definitely would not recommend the chicken Alfredo. The pizza was okay. I ordered a thin crust with pepperoni, mushrooms, and olives, and it was decent but nothing special. When I picked up my order, I asked the two employees if they could include some ranch, and they said, "There should be some in there." Aurelio's has been around along time so I was surprised that the pizza was so bad. Evidently they are using cheddar cheese along with mozzarella as the pizza was yellow. Tasted odd and very salty. Won't be back. read more

This is for a carry out order only. I didn't place or pick up the order. Our party has several different style pizzas. I rally liked the supreme pizza and the spinach & mushroom (I think, it was dark outside lol) pizza. The pepperoni pizza was a solid choice as well. As for the pizza...I liked the soft crust. Hand tossed so it wasn't thin. The crust wasn't greasy or over cooked - just right. The sauce blended well with the pizza. It didn't stand out - I think it was a mildly sweet taste. Plenty of toppings to let you know what you were eating. Our party ordered some wings as well. I was impressed with the rub on the plain wings. The wings were and average size. The mild buffalo wings had some up too them but not too much h. I would give this place a try. They may have consistency problems as I see in other reviews. We are so spoiled now because Aurelio's delivers perfectly cooked foods from pizza to dinners. You must try the Alfredo sauce with chicken chunks pizza on a thin crust. It's my favorite of all! So, first I have to say, that we love Aurelio's Pizza and HAD at one time loved this location. That changed after tonite. We waited almost an hour for our pizza, okay, no problem. Worth it. Before we had even finished our pizza and asked for a to go box, we had asked for a cookie shot. The waitress said "okay, I'll tell them" we waited for 10 minutes, she hands our bill, my husband reminded her about the cookie, she ditzily replied "oh yeah" we wait another 10 minutes and she comes back and yells, "yes! I told them!" Mind you, we hadn't even said a word. She comes back about 5 minutes later and rudely says to my wife, "if you don't want to wait for it, I'll give you the $4 back, they dropped it okay, darn kids!" We said go ahead and give us our money, we wait another 5 minutes and here she comes with the cookie shot in a to go, with what looked like a sorbet for the ice cream. Honestly, after the way we were talked to, by our waitress, we didn't trust it. I could say more, but I'll keep it classy. She (heavy dark eyeliner) needs to take a class in etiquette. Oh, I hope the table in front of us enjoyed it when she came out with their beer spewing out everywhere as she wipes the bottle with her hands and wipes it on her clothes. read more

This is not a good Aurelio's and I know my Aurelio's having worked at the Schererville location for years. It didn't even taste like Aurelio's. The crust was undercooked and barely any sausage or sauce. I'll stick with the Crown Point location. So disappointed! read more

Worst aurelios we ever ate at from Homewood to Florida, pizza always burnt. I refuse to give this location any more money. We have given them so many chances because of the great memories and food from other locations. This aurelios should be shut down. This is based off of many years of inconsistent sub par food that would be unacceptable in any other location. Faustino's and Gelesimos are much better pizza options for the Lowell area. Pizza is good..but not good enough to deal with the service "Jessica" who also claims to be a manager. She was lazy, did everything she could to push out of there as fast as possible. Told my husband that he could not order another beer as she was putting a limit on it. Keep in my we have frequented this location on a regular basic for the past 10 years. We go out as a family to dinner with our 2 kids. If my husband is enjoying some beer with his pizza, I am always the designated driver for our family. Jessica as a server who never asked us if we wanted or needed anything else.. tossed the bill on the table in passing. When my husband stopped her and said I may have another beer with my meal, she literally sighed and rolled her eyes. Looked at the printed ticked and walked away. Came back almost 5 minutes later and said well I have decided thst you have had your limit tonight. We were shocked, when we asked her why? She said well excise law states I have the right to limit anyone with how much they drink here. So we asked for a manager. She then claimed she was the manager. I said I find that hard to believe, there has to be someone above you. She goes in the kitchen and comes out with Nathan who is a young kid making pizzas and claims to be a manager over her. All he could say over and over was.. I don't know? I go with what the waitress tells me. I asked for the franchise owner and he told me to find it online.
